Briged, firstly take control.You using the Bath it seems.run the amount of Water you want in the Bath first before you go anywhere near the Pup.that way your not having to contend with Taps.Put the pup on a Lead and put in the Bath and do what your going to do. Tonymc

Alex,the Pup is treating you as he would another Pup.Have a look at a litter of Pups playing together.One Pup will let another know its getting too rough by Yelping,moving away and so on.You could imitate that behaviour yourself, by making a Noise,turning away and ignoring the Pup for a while.You could also when the Pup is wanting to Bite,divert his attention onto a Toy that he can bite. kiki, how long have you ignored the Pup when he is trying to jump on you?You need to keep ignoring the Pup as long as it takes.When the Pup is sitting or acting calmly then give it attention.

Sounds like the Pup is in control here.Are you as soon as she shows any sign of dislike towards the Collar, going out making a fuss of her and taking the Collar off?If you are your playing into her Hands or Paws.Put the Collar on and go about the normal routine you have with the Pup.When you do not make a big fuss of the Collar, she will learn not to as well. I fed my pup exactly what your Breeder recommended.I can"t see a problem with raw mince.Being wary of whats in the raw mince should not be a problem if you are buying it from a reputable source. Tonymc

I wonder about where your Mum"s Friend is coming from.Yes she has be made aware of the dangers of overfeeding the Dog but still has not changed.This tells me she has been told verbally.Some People respond better to a Visual message so maybe if possible is there any literature showing the dangers of what she is doing?

I had the same thing with a Pup not wanting to eat the Dry Food.I did two things.One was to use Grav-ox and pour it over the Dry food and the other was to mix mince through the dry food. Tonymc

yes it makes me wonder what Petfood Company is behind this?Like some of the other posters I in my own Dogs for years have seen them do much better on a Barf type Diet. Tonymc
