3shepherds Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 I'd like to use this forum to say goodbye to Harry. Harry was an (almost) 12 month old ACD pup who was owned by good friend of mine. He was always happy, always laughing, always having fun. A bit of handful but they loved him dearly, and he was a good companion to their 6 year old ACD. They played chasies together and were good mates. Harry loved to rearrange their garden - he was shaping up to be a good gardener, he was a good chewer of walls and skirting boards as well, and still they loved him. Harry was out on his walk (a run in the forest area) when he bolted and was hit by a car and killed instantly. His owners are devastated. His Dad could do nothing but just watch. Harry was so much loved, rascal though he was. Goodbye Harry, you are so sadly missed. Such a short life - gone too soon.
