That food bowl, you use to feed, split in every way (start short, distractions, proofing), at every opportunity. Think of the various chances you have......not just from a book or DVD. Jackpot for good responses, or whatever the dog prefers. The rest will come......or "here". Main problem is, mere humans move too fast. Repeat, repeat, repeat......
