Feeding Raw Slamon

Hi,

It's been a while since I fed Salmon. Can't remember everything. How much of the Salmon can I give the dogs? Any part of it I shouldn't feed them? i know the bones are reasonably soft but can they eat them?

I buy Salmon heads for the dogs at the local markets. The 'heads' are actually what is left after the fish is filleted, ie head, spine bone & tail. I feed this once a week to my three dogs, GSDx, BSD & Kelpie, although my Kelpie is wary of the bones & likes to have his fish chopped into several pieces.

I bought a salmon head for my girl, but it is still in the freezer...not sure how to tackle it. someone told me to remove the teeth as they are very sharp & may injure the dog.
