Alyosha Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I've seen a small terrier torn up quite badly by a Brushtail possum, so I can imagine a Koala can defend itself almost as well if needed. Big yes to contacting your local wildlife group. Koalas can still climb when even seriously injured and they will likely want to come and check on it, possibly depending on how vulnerable your local population is.
