Has anyone recently imported a dog from NZ? It's a small dog (about 5-7kgs) and would be coming into Sydney? Also have heard a rumour that quarantine is not as long for dogs from NZ is that true? He was bought in in the same crate as his litter sister and it cost about $400 each - approx 5kg puppies. There is no quarantine importing from NZ but do have to have a health check before leaving. Trisven13 Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 (edited) Its just cost me $1,560.00 NZ to bring a dog (up to 20kg incl crate) from Invercargill to Melbourne with $110AUD to pay on pick up as well.
