sparkycat Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Anyone interested in meeting lots of beautiful Lappies should come along SA’s Social Finnish Lapphund Picnic and Walk This is an open invitation to all Lappie owners, prospective owners and admirers to join us for a fun outing. You are most welcome to pass on this information to others who may also be interested in this wonderful breed. When: Sunday, June 9th, 2013 at 11:30AM Where: We will meet at Rymill Park, on the corner of Dequetteville Tce & Bartels Road Facilities: You'll find large shady trees, a rose garden, toilets, a playground and a kiosk What to bring: Your Finnish Lapphund/s on lead. Water for your dog and drinks for yourselves, your own picnic food and a picnic table, chairs, rug. What to expect: An enjoyable family day out with your dog/s and a leisurely walk. It should be a great day and will be lovely to catch up on what everyone has been up too. Lappie numbers are growing here in SA which is lovely to see. There a few new owners that are looking forward to meeting other Lappie folk and their dogs so it will be great seeing some new faces as well as familiar ones. See you there!
