Recourse Against Fb Admins Who Allow Under Age Pet Posts?

Just wondering whether anyone knows where a person who admins a facebook buy and sell type page can be somehow charged(in theory because I'm sure they'd never pull their finger out to do it!) for allowing posts on their page selling underage pets?

I placed a polite reply on someone's post who was giving away underage kittens(who looked to have ringworm as well but that's another issue), he didn't really care, although he at least had the decency to be polite in return. I'd like to message the site admin to push for them to include in the site rules that puppies and kittens must be 8 weeks but trying to get a bit of ammo to convince them if I can...

cats: 8 weeks•

rabbits: 6 weeks•

guinea pigs: 4 weeks•

mice and rats: 4 weeks•

birds must not be sold until they are self-sufficient

this is from NSW D P I animal welfare - code of practice
