Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. Its really hard and poor mum is looking everywhere for them. I have let all see the bodies so they know they have gone.

Do not feel to bad ellz. The two tris went late this afternoon. ;)

I went to check on the babies about 9.00am and blenheim girl had gone. The two tris had not moved from where I placed them after the 8.00am feed, just checked now and they have almost gone. This is the most devastating litter I have had in 20 years of breeding dogs. Have lost litters of kittens before. Nature can be cruel.

At 6 months my cavs are on 1 meal a day. I feed in the morning as I know I am home. Evening would be to hit or miss.

Good news ellz. Mine are fading away slowly. :D

Not good news. Blenheim girl has got the dreaded fading puppy syndrome and the others are not tp flash very small weight gains. I hate it when they linger. One minute lying there flat as a biscuit then they up and wander across the box.

:D Bit of a dwon tun over night. Good gain yesterday but dropped overnight. They are motoring around and look okay.

ellz, has Mr. ellz got the boys?? If so that at least is one thing else to worry about. I stayed in bed until 10am this morning so that helped to catch up a bit. Plan tonight is to go to bed after the 8pm feed. I'm doing 3 am and 6am after 12mn.

My pups are not doing to well. Yesterday in Brunswick the temp that I know off got to 39 Deg. I had a hell of a trouble keeping the pups warm but cool. Weight gain had been good but this morning was not and they looked really flat. But seemed to have perked up now. Here is hoping. :D

Morning all. Feeling a bit precious frequent waking. I roared down to SwaY's last night and got some feeding tubes. Previous lot had been eatz as has the cap that goes on the top of a bottle and because it is a vintage glass one the chance of replacement is slim. This morning 2 tri's have put on weight and blenmeim only lost 1 gram. They are well hydrated and moving around well even piled themselves under the sheet in the whelping box. Cleo has got a few drops of milk.
