Snook I think Lacy and Justice are the last of the Mohicans. :laugh: I have little to no internet at the moment, some may have heard our entire Telstra exchange burned down so it could be days weeks even. I am not even with telstra but still affected as iinet use telstra lines. Thnaks goodness I am with Optus for my mobile and can use the wifi hotspot but only have 1.5 gig of data which will not go far. :laugh: plus at my house the service with Optus is dreadful. So I am totally having withdrawals. But I shouldn't complain there has been 60,000 affected. Will get back in here as soon as I have my regular connection back!

Jess he is gorgeous! I can see whay you would be stoked with him. Two weeks isnt to long to wait! I have only just got a chance to have a look, I have figured out to hook my mac up to the personal hot spot on my mobile but I swear to god, it's like the dark ages, it is so slow as reception is very scetchy at our place with Optus, now If I took my mac out into the driveway the service would be good. :laugh: Hope they can get the exchange fixed soon but it's not looking promising at this stage. I'm assuming everyone else must be with Telstra otherwise they may have popped in. You don't realize how much you rely on the internet for things.

Hey Guys, how's everyone going in the wake of the Telstra crisis? Oh I just had a thought if you guys are with Telstra you won't see this till the exchange has been fixed. I have my phone with Optus, so got the basics and at least can Facebook etc but very scetchy service at my place. I guess it's better than nothing!

I had three of mine done 4 years ago and it was awesome, they were all in the same photo! Tully was a pup and in Santas arms, she looks terrified. :laugh: it didn't damage her love if Santa. My friend has a dog Xmas party every year and we have a Santa and all the dogs cue up to sit on Santas knee! :laugh: it's great fun!!

I was only thinking today that it seemed longer than a week since Imwatched the first one, maybe it's only a once a fortnight thing? I'll check tomorrow too. Yea how awesome are they! Although I think id be too scared to do the stuff they were doing! It would certainly be an adrenaline rush.

Ok I've used Part of the post by Pers further down the page. Present an image - which if viewed by anyone - shouts 'SUMMER' ? Capture images which have 'Christmas Spirit' as a base? eg: The father Christmas in the mall , a piece of tinsel, a favourite Tree ornament .. little kids' faces watching a pageant ..anything like that ? I think this gives variety enough for everyone to join in. Look forward to getting in the summer/Christmas spirit with this thread!

Some great shots guys, loving all the movement. I've got some from the beach today (well technically yesterday now as its after midnight) will get some posted tomorrow.

I thought this might have already be posted, apologies if it has. In the UK a baby died from one bite from a Jack Russell. STORY HERE So sad, I just don't know how you would get over something like that? RIP little Harry.

Hi Guys, I know the edits on these pictures won't appeal to everyone but I'm all about experimenting at the moment, we had a warm balmy day here today and nice sky tonight, I went out the front with the intention of just snapping some pics of the street with the sun setting and my boy decided he would come too and be a willing subject.

I think it depends where you live. I go to our local dog parks a few times a week have had very little incidents with idiot owners, there have been a couple but in 6 years that's not bad. In the city however each time we have been there has been an incident of some kind and its mainly people not being mindful of their dogs and letting them run riot among other dogs. Some people just don't get it!

This might sound like a silly question. How does the ranger decide fines for recalls, if your dog is just out and about doing his thing does the ranger ask you to call it and if it doesn't come then its deemed a bad recall? I can't see how it can be policed. We must be lucky here, in 6 years I have never encountered a ranger at one of our dog parks. In saying that I have 3 with pretty solid recall and one with semi solid recall.

42 years ago I stood on this same bridge with my mum feeding the ducks. :) Fond memories! I was very sneaky taking that photo, I think the man was onto me. :laugh: Its very hard to be discreet with a big thumper of a camera and a big lens on the front of it. I imagine it would be even harder with the white L lenses they would stand out like a sore toe! :laugh:
