  1. Great question sars :)... I was going to call my previous puppy Seven or Fame. We ended up calling her Fame, even though the name Seven came from her being the seventh dog my husband and I owned together as a fairly newish couple (only being together for 8 years at the time. So, when I didn't use the name Seven for Fame, I still loved the name so much that I kept in my name kitty for the next puppy. When I told Seven's breeder I was going to call her Seven, she told me she loved the name and asked me if I minded her using "Seven" as the theme name for the litter. I said she was absolutely welcome to do that, provided I could have the registered name "Seven Deadly Sins" The breeder and I were besties and we laughed about it and said it worked well for both of us. So Seven is our eighth dog together, but that is fine :)

  3. Hey Juice, are these smaller versions more to your liking :)
  4. They are the high gloss version :D And super plump now Seven's milk has come in.
  5. Thank you for visiting today Oonga. Awesome to see you guys. Cannot wait to see the photos David took :) Meanwhile here are some I took. These are all 5-7 day old photos :)
  6. Huge congrats ellz, they are delightful :)
  7. Nawww, thanks guys. It was just such an honour to be asked to showcase our breed. A wonderful opportunity to allow the public to see the true temperament of the breed and I was proud and humbled to do it :)
  8. So happy for you ellz :) Best wishes with a smooth and hassle free whelping :)
  9. Hey, Seven starred in a segment on the Rottweiler last night on Yappy Hour. Did anyone see it? I started a new thread in general just now including future airing dates/times/channels. I was so dang proud of her. She has such an amazing temperament and work ethic. Just love her to bits :) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9C7_s4tBy6DV3VXU0phalYtMTQ/view?usp=drive_web
  10. Yeh TD, I've been Mr Sheening them thrive daily :D Oh hey and mate, please don't think you should explain who your preferred breeder is. I am a huge believer that all owners should research their breeder first and feel comfortable with them. And when you get to that point, the puppy will come. You should stick with allerzeit, she is terrific. Plus my puppies are all sold and have been for months. Saw this comment earlier and had a chuckle - thought nothing more of it, Then my (crazy) mother posts a photo on facebook of her prepping one of her hens for a show tomorrow and she'd been Mr Sheaning her!!! LOL :) Oh that is so funny, Scottsmum. Mr sheening hens... love it. Clean wax and polish!!
  11. Did anyone watch Yappy Hour last night? My sweet girl Seven was the Rottweiler in the early segment. I'm hoping to get a proper copy of it, but Silent child was kind enough to video it from her tele for us, thanks SC I was so nervous and really make a terrible mess of the commentary, but never mind :) I was given scripted questions so I knew roughly what they would be asking, but these were all breed related questions. They never mentioned that they would ask anything personal about Seven, so I just winged that LOL When fitting Seven's weight pull harness I was distracted by the cameraman and with all the nerves had forgotten to go back and complete the fitting before doing a pull Bad mumma. But, Seven isn't one to complain :) I was so proud of her. She was such a great set dog, did whatever was asked of her and made friends with the crew and the ranger who approached us to explain that we had ventured into the on leash section of the park. He was great and gave us permission to continue filming what we were doing. Of course there was a lot more footage taken, some obedience and other tricks, but they did a terrific job of editing. Oh, if anybody by chance knows how to and has the capability of taping this when it is aired again over the next couple of weeks, I would be super grateful if you could do it for me, happy to pay :) Aired Friday night on C31, will again be aired on C31 on Tuesday 22nd 9am Foxtel Aurora - Wed 23rd March at 7.30pm, Thurs 24th March at12.30am, 5am, 1pm & 5pm Prime 7 / 4ME - Friday 25th March at 6.30pm, Thurs 31st March at 4pm https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9C7_s4tBy6DV3VXU0phalYtMTQ/view?usp=drive_web
  12. Exactly Kirislin. And that is why we have to monitor ours so closely for several weeks... the puppies are not very different in size to any breed of puppies but the bitch is 40-48kgs by the time she whelps. Puppies get crushed and suffocated so easily.
  13. Glad you guys are all enjoying the pics. I am very happy to continue updating if you guys aren't sick of seeing them yet :D
  14. So right griff... the house looks like a bomb has hit it LOL.
  15. Thanks Caz. It was very sad. I administered cpr, but he been in there too long, even after oxy. Not uncommon in large litters with natural births. As awful as this might sound, I'd still rather lose a puppy than have to do a C section. It knocks the bitch around so much, they struggle accepting the puppies, have the wound site and pain to deal with and so on.
  16. I know what you mean MD. I find Greyhounds look so similar to Bullterriers as neonates LOL You might find in the most recent pics they look even more Rottyish :)
  17. That she is. But red boy is the worst. You should see him go. He has attitude plus and works his way along the milk bar flipping all the others off the nipples. He is so confident and ballsy... just love his cheek.
  18. They are a really even litter RSA. Two have taken after Seven's sire, slightly more athletic and longer in loin. The rest are so similar it is ridiculous. a couple slightly more compact than the others. I love picking favourites each day. It is way too early to know for sure as they change all the time, but yes I have a pretty good idea which puppies I'm likely to be running on :)
  19. OHM yes!!!!. I snuggled up with them for 5 minutes individually through the night. They all curled up like kittens on my pillow being cupped by my face and hand. It was so delicious. I'm so glad I have a whelping box that fits me inside it as well :D
