Good question.

I have started with scrambled eggs (using puppy milk) pups love this. Also baby cereal mixed with puppy milk or yoghurt is also good at about 3 weeks. At about 4 weeks I introduce mince and dry food that has been pre soaked and mashed.

Interested in what breeders have noticed as early signs of their dog being in whelp. My girl should be 3 weeks in whelp and is quieter and a bit sooky. What signs have others noticed?

Hopefully in October ...she is only 3 weeks so still not quite sure...fingers crossed.

Anyone know of some good websites to buy great show suits that is not too expensive.

I feel you should have some background with dog breeding and exhibiting to really become a good judge. Many a time a have stood at ring side with so called experts who have never bred anything but still consider themselves breed experts. Sorry I don't agree you can be a true breed expert and thus judge with out some breeding background. My opinion anyway.

I have heard about many exhibitors dogs coming down with Kennel cough this winter in Melbourne - especially at KCC Park. Luckily I have not shown there for a few weeks but I am alittle wary about showing there in the near future. What is others view on this - could my dogs catch it too or should I stay away for the moment to be on the safe side.

It is a great achievement to gain a Grand championship & cetainly even better to be a Supreme regardless of when it is achieved. Congrats to all those that have already achieved the new award and who cares who was first.
