  1. Yikes! Here I was thinking it was a good idea! I do like tracking the cheques tho.
  2. Nup, not here either. Did just get Kilmore today.
  3. Hi Whiskered! We have just bought a bed from Hey Pup. We had a chance to look at these at the Pets in the Park day in Malvern a couple of months ago and were impressed. They are a bit expensive but our 40kg baby has plenty of room and I reckon it's comfy enough that I could sleep on there! :)
  4. Petstock have got Advance ones advertised with the 13-15kg bags. Different to what I've seen before. I'm a bit different and use the metal chuppa chup tins you see in service stations. Perfect size, and generally free if you time it right ;)
  5. Hi Megan, Geelong/Ballarat area would be preferable. Thanks!
  6. Hi all! Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good behaviourist/trainer in Victoria? Looking for some tips/advice on socialisation and how to approach it. Thanks!
  7. Hi All! Just wondering if everyone has numbers for this yet? My cheque hasn't been cashed either? Thanks!
  8. We got ours yesterday too, but it was someone else's number! (Have called Kathy and let her know) You're not having a good run with your numbers Austerra.
  9. Hi Austerra! We got our numbers yesterday and chq has been cashed for a while. See you there, good luck!
  10. Can spectators come? r is it invite only?
  11. Hi Emsie! Who did you see? We saw Ray Ferguson at Monash Vets as our Ortho specialist for our Great Dane cross and he was fantastic (she had hip issues). Has also to do with Greyhounds and is excellent with skeletal stuff. I can't recommend him highly enough. We're over 2 hrs away, but will be taking our new large breed there when the time is right to have her hips scored. Good luck with your baby. I know it's devastating to get news like that. I remember when we were told our girl had severe hip dysplasia and would most likely need a hip replacement. She never had an issue unless she over did it. She passed away at 13, and apart from th arthritis, you wouldn't have even known. One day at a time.
  12. Thanks Guys! I'll give Nial a go, Thanks Nekhbet!
  13. Hi All! I'm just wondering if anyone could give me a recommendation for a Doggy Chiro in Victoria, the closer to Ballarat the better! We're willing to catch up before a show if that's an option. Thanks in advance!!
  14. Hi Kerry, Just wanted to let you know that your advice was sage once again! Just had our first session with Ashley, and he is fantastic!! We have learnt so much already! Heaps to practice before next time :) Thanks again!
  15. Thanks Kerry! I'll look into both. Have a great Christmas!!
  16. Hi All! Firstly I'd like to Thank everyone that has welcomed us to the show ring and given us some great advice and tips! After having a go in a few shows, we've decided it might be a good idea for us to get some training. So I'm wondering if anyone knows of anyone that could provide us with some show training in the Ballarat area? We could travel to Melbourne or Geelong if needed, but would like to stick a bit closer to home. If anyone has any reccommendations, we would really appreciate it!! Thanks!

  22. Hi MUP, We imported a JRT from NZ last year and it was a pretty simple process. There was no quarantine, just a vet check prior to the flight and paperwork to confirm vaccinations and general health. He was inspected by custome/AQIS when he landed. He flew AirNZ. I think Jetpets organised it? and from memory it was around $500. It was over a yr ago, so I am stretching the memory a bit ;) I'll have a look back through my emails and see what info I can find.
