sidoney Posted November 11, 2007 Share Posted November 11, 2007 (edited) Show chooks are trained to stand for inspection (at least, sort of - the better ones stand up and don't try to get away). She layed soft-shelled eggs. We did feed her shell-grit, but she insisted on soft-shells. I figure she knew which was the better end of the stick ..... ..... we used to have to peel the eggs open when we used them for cooking, rather than crack them.
