The ultimate distraction....Zig just did some heeling for his dinner....with one of my Burmese cats, Miss Brontë, draped around my shoulders meaning I have to hunch slightly to help her balance. Ziggy had that classic "I'm not falling for THAT old trick" look in his eyes :)

That look is a classic - my kids will actually try extra hard to pay attention when I scatter toys around a ring and heel around them. :laugh:

You sounds like you are really enjoying your training at the moment :)

Well I used the practice jumps at todays agility trial to work on Miss Kenzie's Startline stays with distractions using the normal trial environment. I was throwing her toy all over the place and she was pretty rock solid. Think she broke once and I took the toy away. Second time I tried to get her to break she was like nah I don't do that I know what I am doing. Then I would mix that up with releasing her to take the jump :laugh: .

Ness got some doodling heelwork practice while we were standing around too :) .
