cointreau Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Horts I have spent 2 years on here commiserating with people as I thought my old dog was about to go. Today she did go. And yes I finally knew that it was time. I had been waiting for the time. I did take her to the vet as she loved going out in the car and did love going to the vet. She wasn't at all stressed. JulesP Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Thanks guys. Horts you will know when it is time. I was stressing out that I wouldn't know, even though everyone says that you do know. But I did know. I had a friend that knows Fern come and around confirm it too. The last week she had stopped coming for walks in the paddock and didn't eat Monday night or Tuesday morning. The other dogs were a bit quiet yesterday but seem fairly normal today. They have each other I guess though. I had told my friend what I wanted as I couldn't answer any questions at the vets.
