Dog Door

I'm thinking of installing a dog door in a solid wooden door and was wondering if anyone has done a diy version of a dog door or would recommend a cheap place to buy one. Online is ok

We purchased one from Bunnings and intalled it in a solid core door. They come complete amd are very, very simple to install. A bit of cutting, a few screws and you're don. They come with templates for the cutting too.

I got mine from bunnings as well, very easy to install

as the other user said they come with a template all you need is a drill, screw driver, tape measure (so you can centre it), a pen level (level around the size of a highligher cost about $2 @ bunnings) and a jigsaw

think all up it cost me around 100$, which was for dog door and cheapo jigsaw

Yep I got mine at Bunnings too. $80 or 90 bucks from memory.

Hi, I just had one installed - large size into a solid wooden door. Purchased from ebay it is a Staywell door and the company on ebay is Gensel. Watch out for on-line store www.petfood247.com.au - they are constantly in trouble with the Dept of Fair Trading and have many many complaints about them, including one from me.

just picked up the medium size from bunnings for $70 just need to find some place that sells motivation
