emery - How cute! She's growing up fast!! You'll never get her off the couch now! wuffles - I think they normally have herding clinics every 6 weeks or so.. depending if the trainers are available. Last one was on 30th May, will keep an eye out on the training thread, I am on the mailing list.. so should find out when they get close to planning the next one. But yes, I think they would both like to check out the sheepies and see if they are interested. aussielover - oh.. sorry to hear of your loss Mindy sounds like one smart little girl, have fun at puppy class tonight!! borderfan - We think she's pretty cute too! They are now sleeping together in the same room, much to Mars's disgust of being locked up.. but he's loving having her to play with. They are both getting along very well, Mars is already teaching her how to garden! belgian.blue - Can't wait to see pics of Badger!! How old is he now??

Mars & Pepper are both on Eukanuba Medium Puppy, Pepper I don't expect to be over 25kg or or even close.. Mars however, he could go either way. He's quite slender, Mum was small and Dad was HUGE, but we suspect that he will be Mum's size.. so have kept him on Medium for the time being. I know! After meeting Miss Ava I was like...awwww.. aussies are awesome!! Oooh yes, I wanna go to a herding clinic with him. There was one in Binalong (Near Yass) last month that the koolie club had on.. but its a bit early for Mars, since his recall isn't fantastic. (Need to work on recall while there are distractions) But yes, I believe Mars would love to meet some sheepies and see what he's gotta do. Which clinic were you thinking of going to??

Yes he's a border, not so cute anymore in his lanky stage.. but we still think he's gorgeous! I wanted to get an aussie as a 2nd pup, but OH didn't seem to like the idea... Do you still have an aussie? Oooh and how is little Mindy going??

Lindainfa - Lola is so cuuuute!!! Hehehe, I love her ears.. just adorable! My 2 are getting along well together, Mars loves to play with her.. they seem to stir each other up. Not the best-est of buddies yet, I think cause Mars doesn't think he needs to share any toys with her nicolatu - Pepper was a preference, spoke to the breeder and we knew she was having a litter with chocolate and choc tri's, but Mars.. we stumbled across him. We were looking for a BC pup for a while and got on to a breeder that had just had a litter, got the pics and they were tri's. We originally wanted a girl, but they only had a boy left. OH was just straight out "No, its a boy.. oh well" but then I forwarded him the pics just to see and well, changed his mind in a second! He just couldn't resist the cute face. Pics are what we got from the breeder when he was younger. Now he's gotten to his lanky almost teenager stage!

HAPPY 6 MONTHS AVA!!! Pepper is 2 months old today, so a couple of weeks after the long weekend, then she can come out and play!

Oh a ball of energy, will she rival Ava do you think? :D I don't know about rivalling Ava, your girl just keeps going.. and going.. and going like the Duracell bunny in an ad! She's got back up power somewhere! Pepper has enough energy to keep up with Mars, or is it the other way around... :D Mars is a pretty lazy BC, but he has found more enery since the little princess arrived. Sydoo - Thanks! ;) He's being a pretty good big brother, his idea of playing with her is taking a toy she's playing with.. running off, then running back up and shoving it in her face. The best part is him keeping her company at night so that she doesn't cry!! If only he could toilet train her for me, then we're set!

borderfan - Yeh.. if only I were in Sydney! Bummer! We do travel to Sydney sometimes.. so maybe will just have to arrange for a trip once Bailey arrives! I think Pepper would enjoy it! nicolau - Suprisingly it hasn't been that chaotic over here, it has only been a couple of days with her though. She's a ball of energy and Mars is loving that he's got someone to play with. When she is a bit older, thats when the chaos will start!

Thanks! ktb! Hehe.. yeh.. the crying, we've all had to deal with it. I hardly heard anything out of Mars when he was young, jumped up on the gate a few times.. then gave up and slept! LOL The first night with Pepper I didn't put them in together for bed, only cause they had just met a couple of hours earlier.. and I wanted to make sure Mars was OK with her. She was in the ensuite blocked off with a baby gate, so she could still see out and Mars had his bed next to it to keep her company. Last night though, Mars was being a very good big brother and stayed with Pepper for the night Didn't hear a thing out of her, glad that Mars didn't complain about being locked up!! So a nice peaceful sleep for all in this household!

And another Will try and get a few more nice pics of the both of them together, when they actually sit still! Most are of them playing tug-o-war or attempting to each each others faces!

Hehehe, sorry.. got a handful over here! Princess Pepper kept us up last night with her crying...! Have taken sooooo many pics, but a couple I like are.... Mars is getting used to 'sharing' with his little sister. Whatever she has... he wants!

Ok.. sorry about that... sure did make me laugh though. Anyhow, sorry to hear about the TV and iPod.. :D But so glad to hear that your fur kiddies are OK and that they were nice enough to make sure they were fine! :rolleyes: Really though, glad that nothing happened to Fergs and Lucy!! that they won't return though!!

I want to know what this Canine Genius is....!? Oh and borderfan, our male border Mars.. LOVES LOVES LOVES balls! He'll have a ball in his mouth, and use his nose and paws to play with a small soccer ball! Like your old border, my little guys fav toy is... anything ball-like!

My fur kids love their toys, our house is sprawled them. We try to keep them in one place when they're done with them.. but it sure is hard, 2 seconds later the toys are everywhere again! I'd also recommend a Kong, I jam it full of treats and Mars spends ages trying to get it all out. Takes him a while too! Great that Morrison has toys already, but.. always good to have a variety!

You're quite right nic, Mars is a Black Tri Colour Border so does have tan/brown as well.
