  1. Goodmorning Yes Joey does a similar thing when he's upset bout something or over excited..he also tugs and nuzzles into my hair....hes 2 years old ;) I stopped making a fuss out it ages ago...if i did, he would do it more... I just let him do it now, he doesn't seem to do it for as long periods as he used too Theres been some other recent threads bout this behaviour that you could do a search for on here as well if you want until i did a post on it on here long time ago when i first got Joey, i thought he was the only dog that did this ! LOL
  2. thanks guys....not sure we can get rid of our carpet.....the owners might not be happy with us tho it is in bad condition (not our fault) we do regular vaccuming and we have a powerful v/cleaner altho cause our vac cleaner is so powerful, its pulling at all the loose threads and ripping up the carpet even more the agents has been made aware of this
  3. Thanks Kyla!!! Will try it too ) I'm not keen on the actual powder carpet stuff cause of their skin allergies, but the foam should be perfect! kind regards Jules xx

Cavmad hi i might try to bi carb idea too, but i'll have to becareful, don't want them getting too much of it on their paws and causing irratations..you know how cavs are quite sensitive with their skin and feet etc Thanks Puggles, i think i will get some nilodor too!
  7. Hi I know i have asked a similar question before, but i cant remember what people said , it was long time ago and i need another update I am currently looking after some dogs, apart from my own... Its going to get smellier than usual and they are all mostly inside dogs.. I dont want to use too many spray type deodrisers..cause of my fish and birds and cause they make me feel sick.. Whats a good cheap neutrilising thing to use in this situation... I dont really want to use carpet powder either (hope im not getting too difficult here?) I have insense burners, but they also make me feel sick Is that stuff called nilador effective? any other suggestions thanks Jules

  9. Hi again Brookie:) Have you had a chance to say anything bout this to the groomers or vet at the place where she was done yet? might be a good idea to have a chat to them about it... I feel so sorry bout ur situation
  10. Hi Brookie A friend of mine has the same cross breed you have and recently they had the same thing done, and now it's become so nervous and skittish, they have it on strong medication atm ! They are trying to blame the groomers at their vets where it was done, but i had noticed previously it had some slight tendencies when she introduced it to me  Does everything that you described your dog doing, and worse.. Its so bad, they have actually gone out and bought another similar puppy to try to calm it down.. It's the worse case i've ever seen in a dog I'M not sure what to suggest sorry, but i hope your dog comes good Hugs for Nellie... I do hope someone wise on here can help you with this xx
