I cant' remember if I posted an envelope or not. So now I have no idea if they received my entry I haven't got any numbers, though. Does anyone know what the entry numbers for Irish Setters are like? If it's more than 1, they probably got my entry

Wanneroo Veterinary Clinic is by far the best in the area. Bruce is a fantastic vet and the entire team are great. I trust all my dogs with him.

You can also feel down the sides of the dog's throat on the outside. You should be able to feel where the blockage is, if it hasn't gone too far down. Simply push the ball back up and out of the dog's mouth from the outside, using upward pressure. This can be performed with the dog in any position, and doesn't require you to lift the dog into the air - especially if it is a large dog. I have seen this work. It is SO simple, providing you can feel the ball, but is just one of those things you don't think to do while panicking.

Is it just me, or does there seem to be less shows at the start of this year than usual? Feels like there's nothing happening.

Pretty sure you have to pay to watch it live streaming, too. I don't really like the Crufts coverage. They show almost nothing of individual breed judging, not even BOB. Yes, I know there are 2 billion breeds, but if Westminster can do it... My girl's daddy was BOB last year, and the first I knew of it was when I saw him in the BIG line-up. I guess one question to ask is what is different about YOUR behaviour in the ring? If you are nervous, or worried (over-focussed and fussing) on her, it all goes down the lead and will only serve to freak her out. Maybe try her with another handler? The one thing you must not do is keep pushing if she is afraid. You will only serve to cement the fear in her mind, and then you will never break her of what is fast becoming a bad habit. If it means pulling her from the ring until she is old enough to cope with it, mentally, then that may be the best option for her right now.

Pretty sure BOB for labs was Fermanagh Orange Blossom - also RUBIG. RUBOB was - I think - Ch Ferranti Kiss N Tell.

A bit hard to say - they're just done when they're done. Probably mid-morning for the Flatties. Labs usually lunch-time or just after. Goldies usually before lunch.
