My model is the DMC-FS42 and it was $200 from Camera House. http://www.panasonic.com.au/products/detai...m?objectID=5117

I just bought a Lumix to have for social gatherings so I don't have to cart my DSLR around. It's a great little camera, very impressive for the cost and size of it.

Some recent ones from me.

Mine is called Bruce. Bruce sleeps with me at night. But not really. But seriously.

Actually no you haven't. What are you saying? I think this is the same as ours. It is Best lens ever. I love it for everything.

Really awesome shots, love the slight blur in the wings. The sequence is great, you can see a sort of relationship going on between them.
-
Thanks, I'll give that a shot
-
Thanks a lot Serena
-
Tried going back to it once more...merged it with another from the same day.
-
Just wow...
-
Ditto But yeah, you need a head for the tripod and you'll be right.
-
Haha, no, it's definitely not the youth...my hands shake all the time and my balance is shocking due to the ME. Honestly it's just the things I mentioned above, along with taking 10+ shots until I get the right, non-blurred shot. Maybe post a pic of the tripod and we could lend a hand?
-
Thanks guys Nah I don't Linda, I tend to just hold my breath and rest on my knee...I find that keeps me steady as possible. Like you, I shake a lot so a fast shutter speed helps a lot, too. But there's nothing wrong with using your tripod if it makes life easier. If you don't, try holding your breath...I find it very helpful.

Thanks a lot guys, much appreciated! I tried tweaking a few, but I think I'll just leave Misty's eye...I agree, it doesn't work, I'm not sure why. This is another of Misty I took, I think I might prefer this one, I'm not sure- And just for you Perseph- It was hard to get a good angle because he was in a very awkward spot and the ground was wet

Hey guys, Took this set of photos today...initially thought they were quite good and now I'm not so sure. Would love feedback.

Happy belated birthday Kibah! Stunning shots of her..she's looking great for her age

So friggin' gorgeous! Brilliant photos, Ruth Happy birthday Ivan!

This is really brilliant, love the minimalism and use of texture.
-
Oh, how awesome...that's cruel May have to invest in it...
-
Thanks Vicke, much appreciated I've actually approached a local cafe about hanging some of my work there and they were quite keen so I should get onto that. Thanks Ash, I tried another one...let me know what you think- Probably still a bit too distracting...
-
Also, I have a group on Redbubble- http://www.redbubble.com/groups/unlimited-quality/ I'd love you all to join

Thanks very much Nah, didn't edit anything out, just added the texture. Thanks Helen. Just used one off Flickr- http://www.flickr.com/photos/rephotography/2526565056/ Thanks Lynda - yeah, it is Was literally pure white that day...I was hoping to get some misty shots but you couldn't see a thing. Thanks Shell I'd love to see some of those. I think most people tend not to like photos of themselves...they focus on the negatives and you focus on the positives. Thanks Sam ;) Yeah, it was a really lovely day...still a few tourists about surprisingly, but very peaceful. I love that weather too, it's not cold, it just feels crisp. -- Thanks very much all, I appreciate it!

Hey guys, just wanted an opinion on this shot. Bit different from my usual. I like the isolated feel to it but I find it really hard to judge shots that aren't in my comfort zone

Happy birthday Tex! He's looking seriously brilliant for his age Absolutely awesome pics Sam...I still need to put my 10-20mm to use
