  1. Actually Doglover22 the Bulldog in mention did connect his teeth to the Great Danes cheek,he did not do any damage but contact was definitely there.. I was one of the 4 people standing in front of this said bulldog. It was our tent that the Great Dane moved its bum into to try to get away from the Bulldog.Sway was moving the Great Dane very close to our tent on a very short leash trying to pass the people in the middle of the walk way with the Bulldog. The Bulldog did jump into the air at the Dane but only stopped when he reached the end of his lead.He did have a little bit of a growl and he was showing teeth. It was definitely done in a very aggressive manner. This was the first time I had met these Bulldog people and they weren't there to see us but I do know they were not there for any show including the Bulldog show. They are Dogs Victoria members(or whatever it is as we are interstate)Personally i would have reported them also. The only comment I heard them say was that he had never acted like this before but it didn't give them the right not to come straight up to you to say sorry.
  2. Thanks everyone, looks like it is Cryogenes is the way to go. Cheers.
  3. Hi, Just looking at bringing in semen from the UK and was wondering if anyone would recommend a transport company that pretty much does it all. Thanks for any replies in advance. Cheers
  4. My Cavie was recently diagnosed with dry eye and our vet gave us a tube of ointment called "Lacri-Lube" it can be bought over the counter at the chemist. Works brilliantly as he was also battling eye ulcer and thats all but cleared up as well. We just put the ointment in twice a day and he's fine.
  5. Just wanting to know the address for the show dog training thats on tonight. I know its at Austral but don't know where. If anyone knows please reply. Thanks.
  6. We bought a grooming salon and replaced everything from the floor up, the last thing we have to replace before we sell are the cages (don't think they have had anything done to them for 20 years, lol)Just wondering which type people use these days and where to buy? Didn't know whether people had them made up in banks of cages or just bought the portable wire ones. Wanted to finish the salon off before we sell, the cages ruin the appeal. Any ideas anyone?

    Duke

My condolences to you and your family. Duke looked like such a handsome man. May he run free with no pain. RIP Duke.
  8. Yeah I have done that, just didn't know whether there was anywhere else people knew about that doggy people would see it.
  9. Just trying to sell my dog grooming salon just don't know if anyone has any ideas as to where I should advertise it? I really care about my clients and do want someone who has experience in grooming to take it over. Is there any places that people have tried that have worked?
  10. I agree the hydrobath with a great blow dry with a force dryer works really well! I only charge $25-$35 for a full wash/condition/dry, and a full dematting procedure and any other bits that need doing ie nails/ears/feet trimming. They go home dry and smelling great. Try taking him to a professional groomer once a month to keep him in tip top condition.
