This is really good advise. The easy option would be to just re-home but i think this is by far the better way to go.

It isnt law to have animal microchipped in WA. Maybe it should be. This is just a pr thing to make PIAA look better after a bit of bad publicity. Puppies and kittens shouldnt be allowed to be sold through pet shops. Take away the uninformed impulse puppy/kitten purchases and it will take a lot of pressure of the RSPCA and other dog /cat rescues.

Advance is a really good Australian food

Biggest problem I know of with Advantix is that it can be lethal to cats. I'd not recommend it for any dog/cat households - if the cat brushes against the dog or licks it, it can be bye bye kitty. I actually didnt know that!
