This is a topic alot of people will fight over. It comes down to what works best for your dog My vet has told my father, and tried to tell me, that the dogs are fine to eat Chum dry and wet food I have had a few fights with him over food. I have My Bull Terrier on Nurto, as well as my Staffy My BT is doing great on it, his coat is healthy, he had a lot of skin problems. I put my staffy on the proformance one, but wont be buying another bag of it, It is good food, but i had no change in her at all. I had her on Super coat before, she did great, and i had no trouble with poops from her either. So she might go back on that (still thinkingabout that!) Good luck working out what is best for your dog!

Lets see if i can put my foot in it does your dog do things for you because they love you, or because they get something out of it? i believe we were talking about training with food, and someone said they dont use treads, that their dog does it because it wants to be with them, and loves them (did i get that wrong? it was early this morning i read it!) so does your dog sit when asked, because it loves you, or because it knows it is going to get something - be that a treat, praise, a pat or whatever it is? Thanks TB, that's how the conversation came up before I went brain dead and lost it! thought that is what you ment ;) TB, I believe that would be explained as follows: The rejection reinforces their negative self-image, therefore confirming what they already believe about themselves. As such, they are getting something out of it.... (just because it's not positive doesnt mean they dont get something out of it). Okay, enough double negatives. I dont agree with it, but it's interesting to think about.... Very interesting - too much for my small brain!

You have to stop doing that Shoey.. Stealing my dogs and my photos: Kaos: I also have that second photo, but cant find it? But she also likes the bath, so it isnt too bad:

i dont know about that Jbbb - what about someone who loves a person who doenst love them? they get nothing out of that that could be called rewarding?
-
is that human shampoo?

ditto, love this, the dogs smell great!

might be a good idea to get her crate trained - it is better all round, it will only take a few nights, then she will get the hang - i also like kaos in bed with me, but every now and then she gets crated. Just incase something happens and i cant be home for her, also to help her feel ok in the crate, for car trips and what not - get her in the crate, then let her out every now and then to sleep with you. Puppys are puppys, they dont stay clean, i had someone tell me off today because kaos was playing with another dog and got vcovered in dirt - told me she was now filthy, i really dont care, rahter have a dirty, happy dog, then one that isnt allowd to have fun and must stay clean!
-
 no advice, wish i had room for him, sounds like he would fit in here - if anything is dog height, that means At gets to eat it hope you work it out!!
-
i have had to learn to live with it - i tried everything to stop my boy from eating it - nearly 4 years later and he still does it  just dont let him kiss you!
-
kaos hates her own kind - she can sit in the car, dogs walk by, no problem, but another staffy and she goes mad - growling and head butting the window !
-
kaos can hate other dogs, so i say yes, they can love as well
