  1. Good luck with your assignment and don't take any offence to some who post negative comments. :D
  2. Mairi appears to have the natural instinct to herd sheep :) These were taken last Sunday, at just under 11 weeks.
  3. Thanks, your thoughts are much appreciated. Loraine, yes all has changed now.
  4. PFFTT, S***, S***, S***. Haven't been here for a while. MORE rotten news. Last Friday my very worst fears came true, we had a carpet python in the houseyard for the first time in nearly 5 years and unfortunately lost Angus. I can't describe the pain we have been in for the last week, having seen the flash and hearing him scream. OH, self, pups, and five adults were out there when it happened. We now have just Hamish (on the left in the photo) and Mairi.

  6. Thanks for your condolences, much appreciated. If these squally showers taper off I will photograph the other two this afternoon.
  7. Our litter are now 6 weeks old. Not sure what went wrong with the photo shoot today but only these were worth posting. Will try again tomorrow. Unfortunately we lost one of the dogs on Monday. He had not been well for three weeks, we gave him the best possible chance we could. At this stage this will be the dog we are keeping, Angus. :)
  8. Our litter are now 6 weeks old. Not sure what went wrong with the photo shoot today but out of 51 pictures these are the best, all of the one dog. :D Will try again tomorrow. Unfortunately we lost one of the dogs on Monday. He had not been well for three weeks, we gave him the best possible chance we could. At this stage this will be the dog we are keeping, Angus. :)
  9. Shelby, will be seeing Sophie tomorrow for the pups first vaccinations. She has delivered both of Bree's litters- one naturally and the last by Caesar. Sophie only works at our local clinic one day a week, but she looked after Aidan at the Emergency Clinic for two nights when he was first admittted at 23 days old as she works there Thu-Sun nights. :) I can't wait to see her and have a good chat and a cuddle into the bargain.
  10. We had a s***** Easter. Unfortunately our little man who had not been well a few weeks ago was given his wings yesterday We gave you the best possible chance we could. R.I.P., Aidan Will try for a photo session tomorrow. We have an appointment at 9.00 am for first vaccinations and microchipping and then Thursday for CEA tests.
  11. Fordogs, I think 5 weeks. Ours were 5 weeks on Wed. Trying to get photos in the garden are difficult as they follow me everywhere. I will need some help to hold them still on a table, may see if anyone can help tomorrow. Am at a loss to understand why the pups have continual squits. They have been wormed regularly at two and four weeks and are due again on Wed. They have been weaned onto Black Hawk Holistic, maybe it's too rich for them. My previous litters have been weaned onto Nutro. Will maybe get a small bag to try.
  12. Congratultions, Monteba. Hope your family, and yourself, are on the improve. :)
  13. IF we end up exporting a puppy to Finland I will be totally over the moon to have the name of our kennel and our bloodlines in Europe. I have spoken at length to the owner of the stud dog I used, and to the owner of the stud dog we used over Bree with her first litter and they are happy for us to go with an export, after all it is their bloodlines as well which will be in Europe. :)
  14. Sometimes the white will fade out, but I don't think so in the case of puppy number one.
  15. We are keeping the bitch and the best of the dogs. :D Yes we appear to have hit the jackpot with the bi-factored gene :) Someone-somewhere is looking after us. The puppy appears to be on the mend, he is the first one in the photos. He loves his puppy food. ;) We have had an enquiry from Finland, and provided all goes well with eye tests and dropping his bits and pieces, the 2nd best male will more than likely go to Finland. Our lines are all English, whereas most of the bis in Europe have American lines.
  16. Sherel, I have mixed some soft BH Puppy in with a little canned puppy and they have scoffed the lot x3 feeds today. :D
  17. Great news, what a good girl delivering them at a decent hour. :) Sorry to hear about the 2 who didn't make it. Look forward to photos soon.
  18. My apologies to those in this thread who don't think my posting photos of our litter is appropriate, however Sherel asked. We are in the process of weaning them onto Black Hawk puppy. Their Mum as been on BH adult and for the last 6 weeks BH puppy. The pups are a month old and had their first outing outside yesterday.
  19. Thanks, appreciate your comments, am rather partial. ;) :)
  20. TrinaJ, any news of your girl. :) Am slowly getting over the totally shattered feeling. ;) The pup is doing well, he is the first in this photo. The 2nd is Mairi, the bitch, and then the other two dogs.
  21. Our pups are now a month old. First time outside. ;)
  22. Our first time outside. Dog,bitch, dog, two brothers.
  23. Sherel, am hoping to take the puppies outside today, will post some photos then. :D
