  1. Google is eveyone's friend. :) Am particularly interested to hear of anyone's personal experiences. :D http://nextgenerationpetfoods.com.au/welcome/
  2. I have done a search in Health and Grooming and can see no other posts, however is any one using this food?. Any input someone may have would be appreciated. :)
  3. We have been feeding BH for over two year with no skin related issues, both the Lamb and Chicken formula. We have 5 here currently and have weaned two litters onto BH again with no skin related issues. I do have one 12 month old bitch who was a little rangy so I doubled her daily allowance and she has now filled out nicely.
  4. Skye, your final journey is over, you are home amongst your family and your ashes have been scattered in the garden whilst the girls ran around. My final tribute to you, my beautiful girl. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guqvc9aeCcM The Lyrics for Time To Say Goodbye. When I'm alone I dream of the horizon and words fail me. There is no light in a room where there is no sun and there is no sun if you're not here with me, with me. From every window unfurls my heart the heart that you have won. Into me you've poured the light, the light that you found by the side of the road. Time to say goodbye. Places that I've never seen or experienced with you. Now I shall, I'll sail with you upon ships across the seas, seas that exist no more, it's time to say goodbye. Andrea Bocelli When you're far away I dream of the horizon and words fail me. And of course I know that you're with me, with me. You, my moon, you are with me. My sun, you're here with me with me, with me, with me. Time to say goodbye. Places that I've never seen or experienced with you. Now I shall, I'll sail with you upon ships across the seas, seas that exist no more, Both I'll revive them with you. I'll go with you upon ships across the seas, seas that exist no more, I'll revive them with you. I'll go with you. You and me.
  5. Skye. You have had an inoperable tumor for two years and are riddled with arthritis in your right hip. After 15 years of undivided devotion and companionship, it is time to say goodbye. I was given the choice of your registered name, and chose Shelton Midnite Diamond, as Miss You Nights by Cliff Richard is one of my favoruite songs and I had just lost Breeze. Say hi to Panda, he will enjoy your company. Love you always. You will remain in my heart forever. Your daughter, grand daughter, grt grandaughter, and grt grt grandaughters remain here with us. R.I.P. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXAX7RGdeX4
  6. Katie at 8 weeks. Hope she stays within size.
  7. SLF, am technically a retard NO idea how to link photos from FB.
  8. LOL, I completely forgot to join in this thread. I sent a bi-black bitch to Sydney last June to my best friend, and breed mentor. Nothing eventuated then BUT am pleased to announce the arrival of a bi-black bitch and a sable dog on 19 Jan. Unfortunately I can't copy photos from FB, but the bitch is STUNNING. My friend is over the moon to say the least. Hope the pup stays within size and can be shown. Mum and pups doing well.
  9. Can highly recommend Snazzy Show Supplies. The link has been posted by Miss Monaro.
  10. Dogs can pick up on a lot of vibes, trust their instinct, there is something astray with your housemate,if more than one dog has an aversion to him. If you ever get the chance find the book, "Dogs That Know When Their Owners Are Coming Home", pretty sure that is the title, by Rupert Sheldrake.
  11. Belated Happy New Year. Sorry to hear your sad news, Smisch. Had a similar problem with the last litter born in Feb. Here we are at just over 3 weeks. The dogs are the first two.
  12. Please can I suggest that you let this subject either go, or post in General Dog Discussion?. This part of the forums are for Registered Dog Breeders and should not include discussions on BYB, Mutt breeders etc etc. :) P.S. Let alone a guinea pig cage with kittens Here is a reminder for this thread posted by Troy the owner of this website. "Specialised Community for registered pure breed dog breeders. Topics include all aspects of dog breeding and hereditary discussions". I hate to say this but your post, dogmate, made on Christmas Day at 1.40pm (e.s.t) is well beyond the boundaries as set down by Dogzonline.
  13. dogmate, with the bad, comes the good, and we can only look onwards and ever upwards :)
  14. Mother nature has stepped in, it must have been really hard on your daughter. We had a horrid time with our litter born in Feb (same Mum). Lost one at birth, one at 5 weeks to what the vets thought was juvenile epilepsy. He started fitting at 21 days and although on medication was still fitting at 5 weeks, then at 7 weeks a carpet python was in our houseyard and strangled another. We have since put in a sonic barrier and hope that works. On top of all of this I have been recovering from a disc replacement and spinal fusion (Nov 2011) and had hip surgery 20 Sep. My boy (hesapandabear) turned 12 on 25 Sep and I lost him 02 Oct to a tumor on a kidney which had spread to his liver. All in all a horrific year, roll on 2013 :)
  15. Congratulations, Ptolomy on your litter- hope all well. A good month for Saggitarians to celebrate, mine was last Sunday. :D
  16. Here we are at 11 days. The black and white bitch is in the front of the photos with the two, the others are the tri dogs. All doing well.
  17. Bree had problems with her first two litters, hence the safer way to go. :)
  18. Bree had a Caesar this morning and has presented us with two tri dogs and a bi-black bitch, woohoo. All doing well. Will post photos in a day or so.
  19. Congratulations, Tasha Bailey, and to the others who's bitches have whelped so far this month. Bree is getting closer, not sure she will go to 11th. Her temp is fluctuating, and although she is not ripping up paper, she is trying to find a hidey hole in the garden. :D
  20. I had a sheltie with DLE. He was on niacinamide which didn't help. The cortosteroid cream we used to clear it up was Aristocort, a human cream. JMHO but NO walking in the sun, the sun aggravates the condition.
  21. Bree is really starting to fill out, although it is only three weeks am pretty sure she has buns in the oven. Anyone else?.
  22. No one else? :D Too early to tell physically, but Bree's temperament has changed markedly, talk about sooky sooky la la. :)
