  1. I think there were more than 6, Pippa placed 4th, the judge loved her but said she wasn't old enough ETA: Congratulations!!!!!! I don't think the judge could believe the age, she made a comment that it was great for a 15 year old!

  5. I'm only entered on Sunday. Will see what the weather is like first!
  6. I'd have to disagree. I have 5 JRT's here who all live and eat together. I've never had a fight between them. I agree with all of what Vickie is saying.
  7. Both Puppy & Junior were Smooth Foxies
  8. There are other areas you can camp and there is more power around the back. There are usually a few groups spread out around the grounds. There usually isn't a heap of people camping at these shows, it's been quiet in previous years, and I've never had a groundsman come around. I've always asked the club if I need to pay money, I don't expet it for nothing Last year I went up the day before the shows and the toilets were open, I always take my own loo paper to these shows anyway, they usually run out ;)
  9. I'm thinking of heading up Boxing Day too, but if I can't I'll let you know. Thanks! No probs. I'm looking forward to it as I missed out last year good girl Ziva for waiting to come in season this time LOL. We camped in a different spot than we did last time you camped. Over the other side there is a big power outlet thing. I'll try and get there early enough so I can have power, I love camping but power makes it soooo much better Ooh okay! I want power too lmao. Where abouts on the other side? We have an outdoor power cable. As you drive in, go left. It's under the first lot of big trees wher people usually park. Nice and quiet there too and close toilets ;)

  12. The shows at the end of the year are usually good weather, fingers crossed this year is the same Thanks SP's mum for calling! I was going to call a bit closer to the shows to double check, don't have to now ;)
  13. I didn't count each group, just noticed that your final number was different to the one on the breakdown. It's only out by a few numbers so no biggie
  14. Where did you get those numbers from BB? The breakdown that came with my numbers is a bit different, says the last number is 829. Group 2 has 78 dogs so it's a pretty good entry for Terriers
  15. The dogs are not allowed in the cabins at Lancefield Caravan Park. They can be walked on lead around the park but must sleep in the car/trailer.
  16. The Aussie was Ch Tineetown Tuchabloo owned by D Tozer
  17. I know! JRT's were the second biggest breed We didn't set anything up, we parked the car so we could see the ring and sat in there and watched
  18. Group 1 BIG - Bichon - went Runner up in Show RUBIG - Silky Baby - Iggy Group 2 BIG - Westie RUBIG - Am Staff Baby - Cairn Minor - Cairn Puppy - JRT My girl Gwen, who was also unoffically titled today at 10 months! Junior - Soft Coated Wheaten Inter - BIG Aus Bred - RUBIG Open - Aussie Group 4 BIG - Long Haired Dachshund - went Best in Show Group 6 BIG - Akita Group 7 BIG - Dalmatian It was actually quite a nice day, I had no rain coat on all day and the sun came out occasionally. Still a bit wet but nothing compared to last year! ETA: There was one Border Terrier entered, but they didn't show up
  19. I'm expecting a full report on Group 2 (Borders please ) AND a report on how you get there in the morning Good luck Sure thing! I expect the same for Saturday
  20. Thank you!! That sounds so simple, no idea where I have been going
  21. Is there any showground you don't get lost going to? You are funny. Not really I just usually drive around until I see a sign or trailer. Still haven't made it to Geelong without getting lost either If anyone can give me directions to Ballarat it would be greatly appreciated!!
  22. It's because my GPS never knows where to go and it sends me around in circles!! All I get told is to do U Turns. Really?? One turn I suck
  23. I helped show the Pointers last time and nearly ran into a tree Last time I went it was a really wet day, not fun at all. I would have loved to go with the Sweepsakes, but really just couldn't be bothered It's not that bad, just get there early to get a spot.
