OH has not got his yet for Jessica. He is lodging his title claim this week so "Officially" her pedigree will now have ET on it. :thumbsup: BB

Does anyone know if there has been any official response from the club as to why it is moved to Bulla? I don't check OZshow that often so don't know if there has been anything posted there. Perhaps if they made a public statement as to why then it may quiet down all the complaints. BB

Hi All that live down near KCC Park, I am after some suggestions as to where to book Accomodation for a visiting dog judge. Can't be the Fourth Furlong in Berwick as most exhibitors stay there. Show is at KCC Park. She lands on Friday, show is Sunday and flies out on Monday evening. Should be near public transport OR near a shopping center that may or may not have movie cinemas.As she has several days to occupy herself. Or near other interesting sightseeing things to do. Must be reasonably priced.Easy to find. She isn't exactly a spring chicken so walking long distances may be a problem. Thanks BB

I have heard from Captain Courageous and he & Jes are now on the way home. So I guess everyone else is packing up too? Was a nice sunny morning here so I hope they all had a good day and not too many Joe Public with Fido distracting them. BB

Schipperkes are another breed that can have the natural bobtail gene. It's not in ALL blood lines so some people deny that it exists. I have seen a bitch with a stump of a tail with a tuft of hair on the end, bitch was well constructed for the show ring except the tail/stump puts you off. I have also seen pups born with no tail what so ever too just as if it was docked. Breeders of Schipps (in OZ) that I know of would NOT dare dock tails. I am not sure if there is a gene test to see if particular dogs have the gene. It is thought that if you mate a natural bob tail to a natural bob tail that you could get spine problems. BB

Its now 11:48am and I haven't heard how they all went at Altona. I really hope everyone passed. CC was telling me that there was one spot along the track that Jess stops at every now & then for no reason, I hope she didn't do that this morning. I have made a plain cheesecake to either celebrate CC's win or to drown his sorrows in. BB

Don't they live near Sale or down that way somewhere? I remember they were at Sapphire coast circuit when Black Saturday was happening and they had to rush home as the property they live on was in danger of burning. Silly question..................BUT................. Where did they win those jackets???????? Were those a special BOB prize or something at some particular show? Ep showed the lowchens but only briefly. Surely it makes sense that if you don't want cows on your property you leave the fence up???? :confused: They usually dress in jeans & plaid shirts at shows. BB
