Thought i trusted my vet until recently, (well known in south eastern suburbs) when my dog was very sick i took me 45 mins to get him to take a blood sample, this had been requested by the vet at a animal emergency centre ;) and then he proceeded to tell me take him home he mostly likely wont die today, Can't repeat what i said to rude but i am sure you can imagine, Will never use this vet again. My dog was admitted at Hallam Emergency later that day and was touch and go but thanks to the skill and knowledge of the Vets at Hallam my dog is alive today. The vets at Hallam Emergency Centre are fantastic , and highly recommend Bob Cavey at Stud Park Vet Clinic.

I use acv in my dogs food 1 capfull daily. When my girls are in whelp they are given acv without fail and i feel that they whelp much easier, the pups just seem to glide out with minimum effort. Also great for sore muscles both human and animal just rub it on the affected area, not on broken skin, oh stings.

I never thought of it like this The 4.5 year old only pees on a walk when he needs to. It makes the walk great, the 20 month old pees every chance he can, it suprises me as to how much they can hold in their bladder, do a little bit and another little bit and another little bit.......................Gee wish i could do that

I have 2 male Springers who still do girlie squats one is 4.5 years and the other is 20 months. It doesnt worry me that they dont cock their leg, at least they dont pee on car wheels, plants or your leg Hey dont worry as long as he can pee that all that matters

I feed Eagle Pack to 3 of the 4 English Springers and 1 Boxer, the other Springer is fed Eukanuba as E.P doesnt agree with him. I would recommend Eagle Pack, i have found my dogs coats have improved, my bitches didn't drop coat on their last season and their body condition is fantastic. I have not used Innova so can' t pass a comment on it but i have 1 Springer that i hace to watch what i feed him and since being on E.P can have alot more variety in his diet. Hope this helps

Hi, I have a Springer that reacts to fireworks, gun shots and loud noises in general, i have spoken to various people regarding his problem and the feedback i have got from them is to ignore his reaction, dont praise him or reasure him, cuddle him as this only tells the dogs that it is right to behave in this way. I have been told to makes noises around him and ignore him, then only time i can praise him is when he doesnt react, so my household is a bit like a madhouse at the moment, i have to go around banging the cupboard doors, popping plastic bags, drop his food bowl, i have been doing this for the last few days and i am starting to see a change in his reactions, they are far less than they used to be and now i am able to start to praise him for not reacting, he is certainly not cured yet but on the path to being cured. Hi, I feed Eagle Pack to my Springers and find it to be fantastic. They do a Small and Medium Breed Puppy Formula, 28% protein/17% fat. There is also Holistic Select Anchovy, Sardine and Salmon Meal Formula with Oatmeal, 22% protein/12%fat, this is great for the coat and my 4year old male springer who have very sensitive skin and a sensitive stomach is on this and looks great, coat is gleaming and tummy is terrific, he has only been on this for 2 weeks and i am very impressed with the Eagle Pack range. I have English Springer Spaniels who are prone to smelly ears, I clean their ears with Malaseb and water but only use 3ml per ear, another great product is MALACETIC OTIC this is an ear and skin cleaner it works great. As far as allowing air into the ears you will need to clip/trim the hair inside the ears as short as possible and if you can purchase a snood, this is a tube of material with elastic at each end, slide this over the dogs head and just below the ear hole and this will allow air into the ear, snoods are also great fro keeping the ears out of the food bowl when eating, even the top of the leg of a panty hose will do the same job just cut to size required. Since i have changed my older boy to Eagle Pack Holistic Fish his ears are great, coat and skin fantastic. Hope this helps.
