If this guy wants to there is not reason why he cannot sue the dog owner. So what is a dangerous breed then ? We all know American Pitbulls are super dangerous, but aside from them ? Every breed that has ever bit ? So every dog owner should get insurance ? My arse Staffy's are at the top of the list of bite stats. It is a rare Staffy that would bite a person what a load. And it makes the parent's argument moot. If they went ahead with this insurance scheme it wouldn't include Sibes anyway. Dog attacks will never decrease if the blame and focus is continuously put on breed. The owners are the problem, but the R$PCA and Media don't see it that way and there's no such thing as a dangerous breed. Ban the deed not the breed.
