My foster boy needs a bit of socialisation and I'm not keen on the randoms at our local dog park. First Time Puppy Owner Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) Sure I have two Goldens and they are pretty social boys though one cant have toys to fight over and the other occassionally tries to go the hump but he is pretty good these days! I have Chase the 17wk old Border Collie and Sophie is a 2yr old GSD - she can be a bit chasey and rough if the other dogs want to play that way too but generally shes pretty well behaved - can always put her back on lead if need be. It'd be cool to have Sat or Sun arvo playdates weekly or fortnightly - we're always happy to play with other freindly dogs - actually half the time it's the owners who are the problem - so always nice to meet normal dog owners too!
