Loraine Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 Lady next door has gone to work. She is looking after a Papillon for her friend for a few weeks. Half an hour ago another local person brought the dog to me (the local dog woman ). He had escaped, guess he is staying until my neighbour comes home. That could happen as he barks all day when she is not there doesn't bother me but some of the neighbours will have a say as they are shift workers.
