I am so sorry for your loss, Jessca. My Dobe Jade passed away last year from advanced liver disease, so I had been following your posts with sadness.

I cant thank everyone enough!! It means so much to me!!

I am very emotional about everything, but I am also quite happy, and ok with it.

We knew that morning he was ready to go, you could see it in his eyes.

I will not write down the details of how he passed away as some people will not be able to handle it. But I will say it was very quick and I was with him.

He is at peace now, having done all he needed to do on this earth. And he waited to leave till he knew we would be able to handle it and cope. He stayed strong as long as he did for us.

I will think of him every day, and never stop missing him, he was my heart dog.

This is the time where I wish he was hear the most. He was who I turned to when I wabests sad, in need of a hug. He always knew how to put a smile on my face.

He touched the hearts of all who met him and will be missed by many people.

I kept forgetting to check back here Jess and even after you reminded me about the thread i only remembered today. It just popped into my head, i was about to sms to ask how he is going when i remembered the thread! I was so happy to read that he was doing well, it seemed like he was going to pull through

I am glad he had some good days before he went. So sorry for your loss
