Ok a little OT but why do dogs do this!!!, Gus used to do it alot as a pup and i thought he thought Nala had milk? but he still kinda does it to some dogs :S its 1.Embarrassing and 2. gross lol

With horses that usually means that the horse was weaned too young or weaned badly.

In the case of the Stafford pups, they were eating and drinking but their mother had not yet weaned them . They'd try and have a drink from anything that moved
