There was another similar story with a well known brand and dog fighting. The brand had sponsored a show and the dog fighting ring used the sponsorship flags for their 'event'. The company had no idea until photos emerged on the net.

Not sure if this is the same but care must be taken not to quickly write off a company due to unscrupulous acts.

Considering bad publicity is usually the death of a company and it's shares/profits quickly, why do people immediately think that companies sponsor illegal activities so publicly? It also makes them criminally liable for being involved.

The unfortunate thing is that promotional material is too readily available and logos are easy to put around as much as you like.
