THe high protein worries me too especially with growth How does a large pup go with the protein being so high at around 42%?

THe ingredients for hte puppy and grain free would be fantastic if possible.

Last night my mum and dad had to pts their dog Scruff. Run free Scruffy, hope Charlie is their to meet you at the gates. You were a good boy and should not have gone the way you did old man.

If you wanted to use it up - replace 1/2 a cup of his EP with it. But why mess with what works?

THe whole purpose of that particular type of food is for dogs who have allergies to meat and meat proteins. So i your dogs doesnt there is no harm in adding it in. Personally if my dog did NOT have a problem with proteins then i would not feed it the special food. However as it was a freebie, why not just nix it in with his EP and use it up?

Sorry Emma Dee was not trying to be smart, i just didnt understand why soemone would want to give a dog a partly begetarian meal. BUT since reading your other post, i understand that is not what you wanted to do. Soy can be pretty bad for dogs as Miranda said. Good luck

Um, not sure if they are ok to feed but i still dont understand why? WHy not just give your dog raw meat? They are fine having dry and chicken necks you dont need to vary the dogs diet but adding mince or sardines or an egg is great.
