thanks poodlefan i dont have a juicer do ya reckon i need one. only have a blender and food processor. how important are vegs in the diet? i thought they were important but some people dont feed any.

i want to try making barf patties using a food processor. I dont have time to read any books. Could someone please help me. I know a few DOLers make their own barf. I would like to know the ingredients you use and a basic method you follow. any help much appreciated

i was wondering how ACV works when combined with kelp? do u just put bit of kelp and ACV in with their food? can u use a bit of ACV on a cotton bud to clean their ears? cheers

I was looking at super premium dry foods the other day and was quite impressed with the price not as expensive as i thought. Anyway i looked thru the ingredients in eagle pack and was again impressed it seemed to have the best list of ingredients compared to royal canin etc. How does eagle pack compare to nutro, royal canin, omni pro etc? Should I try eagle pack or is there a better product?

cheers. so you dont feed anything out of a can? im happy to feed my dog most things. Like i feed him a combo of bones, chicken frames kibble, this cooked dog food i make and canned food. I dont think I will ever buy the super premium foods just not worth the xtra bucks IMO

hi guys im wondering about dog foods and the ingredients. what are some ingredients that I should look out for like things that are just fillers and things that are just crap. Corn is just a filler right? the corn is of no nutrition value right? it cant be digested? Do most DOL'ers feed tinned wet food? Im feeding the hills stuff in a can at the moment i dont think its much good can anyone recommend me some other wet food?

Hi guys, Im getting a new puppy soon and I have a few questions. I need to buy a crate to transport the dog interstate on a plane and was wondering if I will be able to use the same crate for the dog to sleep in, toilet train etc? Can anyone recommend a good brand of crate and a good place to buy one from in melbourne? I don't know much about crate training. what are the pros and cons of crate training? Is it a lot easier to toilet train when using crate training? Also I was considering training my puppy to use a litter box. Is this a hard thing to do? What would be the best thing to put in the litterbox?
