Congratulations!! 11 a big litter. Congratulations!! She looks so sweet! Are you going to call her Solitaire? Hmmm...maybe? Use it somehow! Long road before she gets a name though. But she's here and that was a major concern and a huge first obstacle. Ive been giving it some thought but I am not very good at thinking of good names but (your prefix) "My Solitaire" or "On her Own", for her call name as her mum is Crystal I was trying to think of some precious stone as it sort of all fits together. My daughter wants to call her Emma-lee, I like Em or Emmy. My husband gave me an Emerald Solitaire when we got engaged, so....."Wandalier Emerald Solitaire" ?? Maybe. Plenty of time yet. Naming is hard isn't it. I like that

Well she is larger than any of the pups I had from last years litter. There were six that ranged from 135 to 150 grams. A singleton will grow large because they don't have to share the space or nutrients with anyone. Kind of like a Goldfish in a bowl, it will use the space! That is why they are so often C-sections. I had to be careful not to overdo Crystals food, given that she wasn't eating for 6! We also kept up her gentle daily walks. We were very fortunate and Crystal did have a bit of an "Owww..ooh..ouch" moment in the middle of it all there so I'm glad she's not hurt but it probably would have been born easier if it weren't breeched. But I think the 200 gms mark isn't that uncommon? BB? Belljari? Your Mini Mo's are lovely! Average weight for Cavs is 180 to 230 for me. With the smallest being 105 and the largest 280.

Baby Puppies In The Challenge Line Up
Bilbo Baggins replied to Bullbreedlover's topic in General Dog Discussion
The system in place in NZ is that babies may take part in the Challenge line up, can be awarded the Challenge and Best of Breed but they DO NOT garner any points for this... I see it as a back handed way of non awarding, if you want to non award a dog, have the guts to do it and tell the exhibitor why you think their dog is not worthy of the Challenge!!! after all, the exhibitor has paid for the Judges opinion What a cop out. If the dog is up to challenge it should be awarded points. Mant pups under 6 months are not mature enough. -
Well done becks that is great for you 5 girls.  PS had to change a few words for the mail marshall. ;) ;)

Leema. Yes you can camp but the fees have gone up. They have also spent $40,000 on the toilet block on the camping side.

Help! 6 Day Old Puppies Vomiting/crying
Bilbo Baggins replied to hilaryo's topic in Breeders Community
I did not say that she had mastitis. I was just correcting the misinterpretation of mastitis. As LizT stated that old treatment for mastitis was to remove they baby, now it s not but not all have to caught on to this information. ETA. Had to change Aziah's post as the mail marshall blocked the word starting with b... ;) ;) -
Spot on there SwaY.
