  1. I was also going to suggest an older ex show-dog. We added an 18 month old female 'reject' show-dog when Louie was 13 months old. The age difference is negligible and they love each other to bits. I had no issue with training as she was already trained as was he to basic obedience level which is all I wanted as a pet owner.
  2. Easy - a pug that does not shed. Done.
  3. Please post both Sid and Ralph to me for big smooshes and cuddles. You may or may not receive them back
  4. This made me teary. RIP Pru - you sound like a gorgeous feisty little pug! Hugs to you Ann and keep up the wonderful work.
  5. Omg, I completely missed all of this! We are going to a friends house close by but might pop in if we get a chance just to say hi...

  7. I have broken my ankle but if I have a good day we might come anyway
  8. Oh yes please! Kennedy is such a honey bum as well it would be great to see him again!
  9. Louie and Evie are shattered - I will post up my very bad photos tomorrow, I do apologise in advance for my awful photography!
  10. Oh goodness me - were we meant to organise something to bring!?
  11. Daw squidgy melty Earl makes me go *awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww* Note to self - wear daggy clothes that don't mind being drooled on....
  12. Louie and Evie had such a lovely time at the last one it would be a shame not to bring them
  13. Thanks for the warning - hoping mine don't pick it up. They only have C3s as a lot of Louie's siblings had bad reactions to the C5 so I decided to not puit him through it....
  14. what prices do you pay for boarding? - My dogs have never been boarded but I would be prepared to pay up to $50 per day for both of them so long as they were getting attention/love/hugs dog size and price per night: Pugs 6.5 - 9 kg cat price per night: NA what optional extras does you kennels offer: NA what do you look for when searching for the right boarding kennel for your pet? The reason my dogs have never been boarded is location. I refuse to board them in a bushfire risk area. It needs to be more metro for me to be comfortable boarding them
  15. I also laughed when I saw this ad. The simple fact is that person may as well be me but male! And yes, we are buying one of these cameras (but made that decision prior to the awesome ad). I don't think there is any shame in buying a camera like that and having no idea how it works. I am not a photographer, I simply want a nice little point and shoot that will help me take some nice photos. That is the sort of people the ad is aimed at. We cannot all be good at everything, so I will proudly rely on my camera to make all the choices for me...
  16. Gee we have some good looking dogs in Adelaide!
  17. I am sure they will. Henna is just the most precious little ball of energy! And Bentley is very handsome. It was lovely to meet them - they are very lucky to have been placed with such an excellent foster home!
  18. Actually that one is Louie - but he is pretty darn adorable They are all Evie Lovely to meet some new dogs and people - its been ages since we got to a meet. Ruger is divine, what a gorgeous gorgeous boy he is! And Earl is also divine, although when I got Louie home I found some bloodhound silly strong on his back
  19. Well my pugs are both zonked out! Louie was a bit poopy when we left, he still had energy but I am a wuss and was cold!
  20. We will be there - hope no one has dogs that dislike pugs! Weimlover (OHs cousin) has a weimeraner (ironically) that cannot stand pugs! If my dogs are causing anyone's dogs anxiety due to the snorts and snuffles they make please let me know ;)
  21. Woo hoo! I get to meet Earl! Cannot wait!!!
  22. We should also be there rain or not. Louie and Evie need a run and need to get over their water whoosiness!
