Not if you've got the ball. Maybe you should find a floaty type ball and attach a long line to it, then you can throw it out, let her swim and reel her in. Not a bad idea! I may need a whistle too i think. or a squeaky toy, she responds well to whistles or squeaky sounds so that may work too. Although i think i'll have to take her for a trial day before the official day just to see what she's like!

I'm in with Charlotte too. Anyone think she'll swim out to sea? :rolleyes:

I recommend you do not clip the Golden, their coat is not designed to be clipped. I have a Golden with a very thick coat all i do with her is strip her undercoat out, and trim her feet and clip her belly and she stays cool enough. I find salons tend to be more trustworthy than mobile people. have you looked up womow? its a website where people put good/bad experiences of businesses.

Think it'll be a bit full on here next weekend too so i'll have to come another time. Sorry guys maybe as pointees suggested give a little more notice.

The family are coming at 10am and i live what about an hour or so from the beach... I have no idea! Are we doing an all day thing or just a couple hours?

I completely forgot about the date it was on and organised for a family to come to see their bunny they're getting in 5 weeks They're coming at 10am and I expect would be here an hour.. I could change them to another day, they were quite happy to come whenever, so maybe i'll just change them around

Charlotte is such a lady she mostly stays out of everyones way, but she does sometimes go OTT with barking for the ball or in the pool area. I do watch her, and if i notice anything grab her immediately. Glad everyone had a good day like we did. Charlotte and I had a nap when we got home which was pretty stupid because now i'm still up at 1:55am and I am not anywhere near tired to go to bed

Nice pictures Evolving! Charlotte was quite a zoomie dog today. Where does she get that from! I have uploaded mine to the computer, now to wait for photobucket which takes absolutely forever!!
