  1. I agree with those saying to get a crate and let pup sleep in your room. He's just left his mum and littermates and is very likely cold and lonely in the laundry - he'll be comforted by sleeping near his new pack (that's you ) Good luck.
  2. Jed I hope that you start to feel a lot better over the coming days so that you'll feel well enough to be out of hospital. I'm so glad that your friend is able to care for you - I just hope she doesn't mind us taking up residence in her living room now that we have to vacate the waiting room.
  3. Bless his little heart. I hope he's all back to normal soon.
  4. What a wonderful girl Meg must have been. She obviously had a very happy life with you Jed and paid you back with her devotion. Rest in peace beautiful girl. I'm so pleased that they helped so much and that they recognised the wonderful care you've taken of your animals. Sleep well Jed, I hope you have a comfortable night.
  5. It is there persephone, it's the fourth story down on the right hand side "Dog saviour burnt in fire..." Thanks HM, I hadn't been able to find it either - I was looking under the Qld local news. Jed, you did a great job on the news story. It's really terrific seeing you up and about too.

  12. Toohey, thank you for taking the time to let us know how things are progressing. Jed, I'm so happy to hear that you're able to at least read (perhaps only in small bursts) but still, to do something a little normal again. We are all grieving with you for your beloved dogs. I light a candle for them each time I light one for you. I hope that time will be a great healer for you. Raffikki, I really loved the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow piece. Ceilidh, I'm so sorry to hear about Wade Jefferson - may he run free with all the others who have gone before him.
  13. Good morning Jed, I hope that you're feeling a little more yourself as each day passes. Have just lit candles from myself and MissMolly.
