Depends what u want to see. Vet in Hampton I paid 200 which included heart beats and measurements. Vet in Frankston was like 45 but very basic with just confirmation of pregnancy took about 2minutes. That was beach street clinic :)

Would the easiest way around this could mean microchipping at a few days old? Is this even possible? Is it safe? All I can say is its making things difficult for as you say those rarer breeds. I certainly advertise upon confirmation of pregnancy! Impossible to microchip then!

I second john and angie rock :) always up for a chat and a giggle. I think johns also set up a shed on their property with stock if you want to go and look at anything out of show days :) love their prices and friendly attitude :)

Cheers dragon woman :) thanks for the detailed response. Yes my friend with her gsp had an injury so I was aware of problems down the creek end - the dam was confusing. Good to know it will be cleaned soon. My pointer crew love doing retreiving in the water so will be nice when its all sorted :)

Just wondered it anyone knows why theres a sign saying no dogs are allowed to swim? Kinda annoying as there aren't good swimming holes nearby and trying to keep my crew out last night after they'd hoon around wasn't easy! A dog her size it will probably be cruciate ruptures... That lump on the outside it likely to be fluid. If it is the cruciates surgury is the only course of action due to her size - the earlier these are looked at the better before any arthritic changes set in. Goodluck!

Having bred a few pointer litters I get a lot of pet enquiries for liver/white followed by black/white. Showring definently Orange white followed by black/white then liver whites and lemon whites.
