  1. I see quite a few ferrets being walked :) Adorable!
  2. Yes I would. I feel the same with myself, a body is just a body to me. My animals are more than their physical body and as upsetting as it would be if it helped other dogs, then definitely. I would like the ashes back though.
  3. Our apricot tree is HUGE and full of fruit, Mosley eats the ones that fall but I don't think he eats the pips as I find them underneath the tree....I'll have to keep an eye out,
  4. I know!! He's too beautiful FM.
  5. Classic, I love a good Zombie Walk. Some of the makeup is great!!!
  6. Why would a dog need milk after being weaned?
  7. I agree with this. I never let my dogs approach people off lead, whether they look like doggy people or not.
  8. If she is desexed, did they check her for spey incontinence?
  9. An FAQ page is always really good! ETA: I can't think of anything else I would look for that you haven't already listed.
  10. I totally understand, I was the same with my boofer when he was a pup. The first time he jumped off something I almost had a heart attack
  11. Agree, free play is great for them. It's more the forced exercise and jumping you need to restrict, as Nekhbet said . Puppy zoomies are the best :)
  12. That's the thing though, it will never be stopped. BSL has meant that these dogs cannot be bred legally (i.e, properly/ethically) so they're forced underground to be bred by idiots. It will never stop and killing a litter of puppies won't make it stop.
  13. You'd love to be responsible for having a litter of puppies killed? (what else do you think will happen to that litter if you report it? If he can't get homes for them his only option is to have them PTS) People's callous attitude towards animals never ceases to amaze me, I didn't expect to see it in a puppy subforum though. I really have no words. What are you actually doing on dog lovers forum anyway? Since you wrote that yesterday morning I assume you have already reported it. Sleep well tonight mumof4girls, secure in the knowledge you have done your best to ensure a litter of innocent puppies will be denied the chance of a loving home and so will almost certainly be put down. So it's not the "breeder" breaking the law that is responsible for these puppies? Just what we need more of, BYB litters of "purebread" pitbulls being sold via a sale sign at the local shops. Of course it is. I, however, wouldn't be dobbing them in so that the puppies are all PTS. I think that was all Wobbly was getting at .
  14. Wow, his work is beautiful, what an amazing story he has. Does he work off pictures allerzeit?
  15. Agree, that's not a good diet, she needs more meat and raw meaty bones.
  16. My male dog will sometimes pee two or three times in succession on different spots so that doesn't necessarily sound excessive as there are no other symptoms, but it's always better to be safe than sorry, if you are worried, get a 2nd opinion.
  17. Anything and everything. Lili even eats tablets like they're a treat  Favourites are chicken, cheese, banana and other scraps. Anything that is eaten by the humans is considered "precious". We give them dried liver and schmacko like things too but not as often as they're full of salt.
  18. Seddon Deadly Sins in Seddon welcome dogs at their outside tables and they even do a Puppycino (soy milk with liver sprinkles) :)
  19. I think it's just one more example of government controlling the way we choose to live and I don't support it.
  20. Me too  I walked out to a big puppy pen full of baby Aussies and almost fainted from cuteness  Just be polite and friendly and you will be fine. No problems with asking about their history though, you want to know about them and their dogs and most breeders would be more than happy to talk about their babies :)
