  1. Have a look at this video http://vimeo.com/9693216 Now avaliable in Australia I can give you contact details if you like.
  2. I think they are very reasonable. The stifle brace for instance which would be used on a dog that requires surgery for a cruciate ligament rupture but surgery is not an option for whatever reason is very comparable or quite a bit cheaper depending on the surgical procedure of choice. It must be remembered that in a young healthy fit dog that they would not be advised over surgery but if surgery is not an option the brace would provide the best possible outcome. The posthetic limbs are just amazing.
  3. They look pretty good I was very impressed
  4. check this out www.orthopets.com now avaliable in Australia
  5. I found this video very inspirational. Take a look: http://vimeo.com/9693216 And the best thing is they are now avaliable in Australia. Just think how many beautiful puppies will benefit. ;)
  6. Hi we are now the Australian distributer for Dog Leggs if you would like to contact me at [email protected] I can explain more about the elbow protectors and give you some prices.
  7. I was not actually referring to any young whipper snapper vet I was referring to a qualified person with experience. I have actually worked with Barry and a few other chiro vets and have seen more than once the damage done by people with no qualifications. No qualifications means no insurance and no liability for anything
  8. There is a product called elbow protectors on the market they are made by a company call Dogleggs in America
  9. I would reccomend a veterinary chiropractor if chiropractic is the way you treatment is headed over a muscle man who has no formal training or qualification. Just my opinion...
  10. Thank you all for your kind replies we try our best and endeavour to make everyones visit enjoyable
  11. Having worked in many clinics it is not a nice situation to have to ask anyone to have to pay upfront, but unfortunatly not everyone is as honest as you may think and if bills don't get paid vets can not operate a clinic. You would be horrified by the amount of people that promise and swear on their life the bill will be paid and it never is.
  12. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have seen quite a few young dogs do their cruciate, and if rehabed correctly they don't always have trouble with the other leg.
