  2. Puppy In Group at Easter Show on Sunday, now totalling 6 class in groups :)
  3. Poor Reg and Mandy, I can't even imagine what they are going through
  4. Our 6th group win (minor and puppy classes) with Mohawk She's Got Talent (Chinese Crested Puff). Just need to work on the socialising with the bigger dogs for her in show line ups so it isn't so scary - even though she lives with Leonbergers, the size of mini ponies!! Lol
  5. Looks like there could be a good entry for the Toy Dog Club Show on Sunday if people are doing both shows. I'll be there with my hl neuter and my puff puppy. And puppy_dawgs let me know if you get some happy snaps of my girls :D
  6. And for the Leonberger it's always about how big they are. Or when you tell them they are a Leonberger they go 'Oh a hamburger!'. Wish I had a dollar everytime I heard that one...
  7. Well owning Hairless Chinese Cresteds you can imagine what things we get! The latest was a kid in the local park, not the nicest or most charming comment coming from a 12 year old but made me chuckle to myself, just the way he said it was too funny. "What the f@#K is wrong with that dog!?"
  8. Is there still classes at KCC Park on a Thursday night?
  9. Matilda is absolutely gorjuz!! I'm sure she'll go places :) Mohawk Shes Got Talent (Buttons) went Minor Puppy In Group twice on Saturday (Champ & Open Shows) She's now 7 months old and won 5 Minor In Groups out of 6-7 Shows in minor. Of course I'm so proud of this girl :D
  10. I was there at 7.20am and car park was full so had to drive in to unload and leave to park my car elsewhere. It took me 40 minutes to do this!! Judging had started and I was in a little panic but luckily got in, dogs groomed and straight in ring just in time. A++ for the female toilets kept clean and pleasant the whole day. Was a great day for me with my Chinese Crested Powderpuff - Mohawk shes got talent - winning Minor Puppy In Group at both the Champ and Open Show
  11. I don't remember seeing this show advertised. Haven't received numbers so guess I missed it
  12. BEST IN SHOW - PYRENEAN MOUNTAIN DOG MULTI BIS / BISS/ Australian Supreme Champion Barreges Theoden Woo Hoo Not a bad effort for a near 9 year old boy !! So happy for Theoden - such a gorgeous dog & I'm stoked for his owner Tania Kirkland - a wonderful show team & incredible ambassadors for the Pyr breed in Australia. WOW go Tania!! He's one of my fav pyre's, gorjuz boy, well deserved Good to see judges putting up a giant fluffy :)
  13. Is there still show training on a Thursday night at KCC?
  14. Thanks all, Buttons got another Minor in Group at Lang Lang on the weekend. 3 minor in group wins out of 4 shows in minor!! **Happy Dance**
  15. Well done to the show committee and congrats to all the winners and grinners! Our chinese crested powderpuff was awarded a 15pt challenge and RUBOB at her first show in minor class under a specialist and won 2 minor in groups over the weekend. Got to be happy with that :) Must say I am glad Gr1 was held outdoors after talk of it being held indoors on the Sunday.
  16. I'd like to introduce 'Buttons' aka Mohawk Shes Got Talent who is new to my show team. She is a Chinese Crested Powderpuff. Little brag - at her first show in November (Crested Club Shows) she was awarded x2 Baby Puppy In Shows. Last weekend at her first shows in Minor Class she was awarded a 15pt Bitch Challenge & RUBOB, a RUBCC and x2 Minor in Groups! Having alot of fun with this little girl, I owe it to Vicki Bridle!!
  17. Wow well done on such a big entry! I apologise in advance if this has been posted, but will group 1 be judged indoors or outdoors?
  18. I have a neuter Chinese Crested I started showing last year at 3yrs old. She is a chocolate which is accepted colouring but aren't often seen in Oz so likely she wouldn't do much winning due to being 'different' and as she would only produce more chocolates, she was removed from the breeding program. I bought her as a pet as I had no interest in showing Group 1 dog at that time. Anyway she has turned out to be a beautifully put together crested, naturally hairless and a little show pony - probably would have titled afterall. So after discussions with the breeder, we swapped her over onto neuter reg so she could be shown and I have had an absolute ball with her. She loves being able to be a part of it all too! Hardest part has been teaching her to stand, being a pet she was taught to sit! Lol. Not easy going against titled dogs that are little statues with a hypo 3yr old new to the show scene but she's picked it up pretty quickly. We just need more neuter shows at KCC and other VIC shows so I can show her more often :)
  19. I have Group 1 and Group 6 so it does make it difficult. Usually Bulla Shows I only enter the Group 1, it is nice to go along and not have to set up gazebo's and worry about the weather But is pretty unfair!
  20. Glad the Cresteds didn't have the canadian judges, although we still showed indoors. I assume they had to finish judging, what time did everyone get out of there?
  21. And what a brag that is, well done!! Sorry to hear about your girl, glad your boy could put a smile on your face :)
  22. There are no marks on the above suits, just bad camera.
