RS i would like to do something similar but what i would like to do is teach disabled people to work with assistance dogs. No idea what i need for it but no money to go back to uni at this stage
-
RV dont rush, i went to uni for 4 years straight out of school - parents choice and i did a BA in psych and communications but its a silly degree in that i cant use it unless u choose to become a psychologist which means further study and i never managed to go back and do honours and masters( little point in rsa as for masters they were only taking people with darker skins) looked into doing it here but its $12k a year at uni and i cant Heks it or go full time

To me if pup gets the all clear from the vet you are not taking pup out often enough . Do you watch pup 100% of the time when they are inside? Do you give a treat everytime pup toilets in the right spot??

Mason_Gibbs replied to ruthless's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
My ridgebacks used to eat them - loved them!! RS Mason has dropped the antler on my foot too, very ouch -
Thanks guys its one of the happiest days of my life , such a relief to know we dont ever have to go back...

Yup I am going to apply in Jan 2013, thats when I would have been here for 4 years but I have to be a dual citizen for if I ever inherit anything from Africa or else I would have just given up my RSA passport.

No horses for me lol would love a house, but that means saving our bums off for the next 1,5 years as I want a bigish deposit to put down when we buy.

Waiting For A Puppy This Thread Is For You

Havent heard that before, but yeah who knows. She had the worst bee alleric reactions her head used to double size and she could barely breathe or swallow, had a few very close calls. But yeah very unfortuantly lost her to cancer in July. She was very, very special. How do you think Mason is going to react to Gibbs? Is Mason very jealous? Mason will love having a buddy, we had a friends dog stay for 2,5 weeks and he loved it He may be a bit jelous at first but he will get over it, his way of showing jelous is that he sulks. Mason is allergic to pollens of all kinds ( tree, weed and grass), insects, house dust mites, storage mites, wheat, soy, corn, rice ( any grains really) poultry, beef. He is on immunotherapy for 3 years to try desensitize him My vet told me dogs who are highly allergic to all sorts of things rarely get cancer. -
Spent the morning at Bunnings getting compost cages to fence off my garden beds as I dont want pup to be able to get to stones or get to the low part of the retaining wall and jump off Then I bought Mason and Gibbs meat and bones and the puppy, puppy biscuits - money finished now lol

Yup my walks at yellogonga are now finished as well as retrieving practice in the bush at Kings Meadow
