  1. That is a horrible colour Shoey, you should know better!! (what were the chances of us both having the same colour at the same time? )
  2. I love that purple. I did my male (entire at the time) Bull Terrier (the blue one above) bright pink... god we got some looks There has been other threads on this, and some people have commented that they dont like it and that it is cruel. But i dont give a rats My dogs LOVE the attention, and the White Bully is our office dog at work, some people are soooo scared of her (She is the most Laid back dog you will EVER meet), yet when they see her covered in bones, they cant help but laugh and ask a bit about her. We need to get some christmas tree shapes now for her!!
  3. We also have the option of getting dogs done at work, but before we really get into it, we need to get some more practice, found Ats blue was a bit patchy, and we are wanting someone with a long coated dog to let us play with their dog! until then, we just colour our own We have clipped racing strips into the poodle, and are going to be doing a M and a H on the 2 cats that live there -They are identical and no one but the boss can tell them apart, so going to put their initials on them
  4. We made a stencil, we did paw prints as well - the paw print one has our work logo on top of it as well Blue Bully (if looks could kill!!)
  5. I have used food colour, only lasted a few days, i have used human wash out colour (red/orange, Shoey and i did our girls the same colour ) and it lasted a few weeks. When i did Atlas Pink, i used another human one, fluro pink, and it was a few weeks I have used a dog one... the pink above is it, and has all washed out, the Blue i put in Atlas was put in in March, and it is STILL in there! When you run your hand against his fur you can see the colour!
  6. Only weird people do things like that to their dogs ETA: (I love that photo of her )
  7. ok, well we were flat out today, poor girl is still only half done Can i get some hints on doing ears and around the face? She isnt too happy with it, and i dont want to get bitten!
  8. I think once i have finished, i will be very over it! She has a mad comb over at the moment  I was aiming for a mow hawk, but got carried away and ruined it She isnt keen on her rear end being done, but will get there over the next few days! The colour change is amazing!

    Angus

I am very sorry RIP Angus
  10. Had my first go at it today, at first i was worried about hurting the dog, but finally got better with it - I cant believe the difference!!! We only got half way through her (boss's border terrier) as we got snowed under with work, so now she is looking very strange  Dont think i would want to do it all the time, but it can be pretty relaxing! (yep, im strange)
  11. Mine have never met stairs... they have been up and down a few steps, but never a whole set of stairs - I had Kaos at mums when mum and dad were out, so she had free run of the house (mum and dad are no dog inside people... ) Kaos was following me around, i went up stairs not thinking, next thing i know she is crying and screaming. she had NO idea how to get up them! I went back down and got her, but when it was time to go down again, she was too scared!
  12. 3 years and my girl still has accidents - she wakes me up AFTER she has done them Love my crates, know my dogs are safe when i cant watch them
  13. You take the chance when you leave your dog in someone elses hands, if it was me, i would say shit happens and move on. Why do people have to blame someone all the time? Accidents happen, move on
  14. IF you take the dog to the vet, please go in first - it could be Canine Cough. The once i took my dog in for it she was treated in the car.
  15. KC is everywhere at the moment, i have talked to 4 different vets in this area and they have said it is all over the place and nothing you can do From what i have read (not sure if it is true?) it can travel up to 1km in the wind. Dogs can be contagious and yet not show any signs of being sick, Therefor: there is no point reporting anyone, because god only knows how many dogs had it, or if it even came from the show. Why are ALL your dogs being treated for it? I am guessing you mean on Anti bois? Vet may be making a fortune out of you for nothing. One of my dogs have had it, the other didnt get it, next time round, it was the other way - last time they both got it. I know of kennels who get it - some dogs cough, some dogs are fine, just because they are exposed to it, does not mean they will get it, so treating them for something they dont have, and may not have is not something i would do. My friend had one VERY VERY sick dog from it, she is a highly stressed dog and it hit her bad, the other 3 dogs she lives with were all fine. I let it run its course, the only time i have had a dog on ABs for it was last time kaos got it and she lost a heap of weight.
  16. No idea why the google didnt come up - i had stored here that it was a .com.au address *sigh* Thanks
  17. I am doing a google and cant find anything, does anyone know the nurtience website? (if they have one?) I read at work they have an active dry food, i want to find out if i can get it in Australia to put kaos on.
  18. Thats fine, i have a few other people who are ready to write letters, just waiting on me to email this thread so they can read!
  19. Erny, i had no idea they were looking at banning them - who do we write to?
  20. I got mine off Steve will go check the site out - didnt think about that!
  21. Damn, i am all for them, but have had a dog trainer tell me they we can not use them here, i really wanted to find info to send to them to show that they can be used in NSW
  22. I know i have asked this ages ago, but cant find the info ARE prongs against the law in NSW? If not, can someone please point me to some info on them? I need it to show someone. Thanks!!
