I am an idiot One of my vet deals with natural therapies, didnt even think to give her a ring and have a chat. Will try to get hold of her tomorrow!!

Ok, Kaos is driving me mad. She got a small cold a few weeks ago, we just got over it, and she has another. She was like this last year and drove me mad. I leave for work at 6:30 am, and dont get home till 5 - 6pm. If I could leave a coat on her, i still wouldn't like it, as at the moment it is still getting warm during the day. I am trying to work out how to set up a heated kennel, but it may be a while till everything is in place (and i get the money) Is there anything i can add to her food to help her out? to maybe stop her getting colds? She is healthy, eats like a pig, is happy as normal. Just keeps sneezing and coughing. Also, do you think it is good to try to put a bit of extra weight on her? No idea about this, but she is skinny, and i have always had problems putting weight on her, maybe a bit more fat might keep her a bit warmer??

AT snaps if woken suddenly He is always crated at night time, and if he looks like he is settling in for a sleep during the day, he is either kicked outside, or crated. He has been like this forever, if fast asleep and you startle him, he jumps and snaps. Guess he takes after his Nan My mum is shocking to wake up, she jumps out of bed screaming if she is in a deep sleep and you wake her, used to scare the crap out of me!!

I stopped using it after that happened. I am now on Nutrience Holistic and the dogs are doing really well on it!

I had fun teasing the girls at work with the chicken heads I am lucky, as we use the meat for the dogs at work, i just order one lot of the rolls, work orders the other 2, and we split them all up I dont get bones, but if i need one, i just give work some money and grab some out of the freezer

He is out playing now, looks like the worst of it is over. He is still pretty sore, but getting around a lot better.

Don't worry about being snappy. We understand. When our dogs are sick it tends to make us snappy. It's the stress it causes that makes us a bit short tempered. You need sympathetic, understanding people. It makes all the difference. efs At least i can admit it and know how to say sorry, i also dont abuse everyone... Anyways, we got a good 12 hours sleep last night well, he did :rolleyes: i was up and down all night. So looks like he is over the worst of it. Will feed him bland food today, if ok all today, will go back to normal tomorrow :D

Staffy ball was a no go here. But i took it to work and Atlas's dad LOVES it! had to ban him from it, he has hurt his nose pushing it around!! He got it stuck in a BIG hole the bullies had dug... Came up covered in mud, with the saddest look on his face cause he couldnt get it out

Atlas has been to the vet, and i am following vets advice. She told me to try to get water into him, if i dont, he will end up on a drip. As said above, if he is bad tonight, he will be going back ETA. Sorry guys Dont mean to be snappy, just so tired and had a bad afternoon (none dog related)

The food comes out the bottom hole, where the rope is The top hole is to put the food IN. The idea is they tug the rope, and it moves up and down and gives the food room to fall out.

Nope. No chance. He was at work for the 2 weeks before this. There was nothing in the kennel to eat, and nothng in the runs to eat. Normally i would think that, but this time, nope. I ended doing over time today Dad came and sat with him, and he does seem a bit happier... Will see what tonight brings, if up all night again, its off to the vets first thing.

Scruffed??? I don't think i was harsh at all. Reminder to self to be gentle from now on. No one mentioned anything about my handling including judges or stewards. Maybe you didnt think that, but as i said, i was sitting in the crowd and not only saw it, but heard the comments the people made. They where pretty shocked, as was I.
