  1. That picture is priceless!
  2. No advice from me, I just a wanted to send my best wishes to Grover. I hope you get to the bottom of it, he sounds like a much loved member of the family.
  3. So that poor dog wasn't quite 8mths old and was that obese????? Sorry but if you can't look after and understand your own dogs needs how in the hell are you breeding for the betterment for the breed??? Sorry it doesn't wash with me. I would hate to be a quality breeder and lover of staffords right now, it would break my heart to see the amount ads for blue puppies that there is advertised now especially when their biggest selling point is "all pups sold with main register, no breeding restrictions" many are advertised offering main register for whole litters BEFORE they are even born.
  4. I can also understand the OP asking the question but when they recieved answers they come back with this attitude that I didn't like: To many breeders puppies aren't just a "product" to be sold, there is much more than monitery value to our puppies. I don't expect my puppy buyers to live in my pocket but I would hate to have a puppy buyer who would rather whinge on a public forum instead of taking the same amount of time and sending me a quick email to let me know all is well. I stand by I hope I never get a puppy buyer like the OP.
  5. I wonder if you would feel the same way if the need ever arises that you have a problem and need advice from your breeder. I hope you also like other lines cause chances of getting another pup from this breeder would probably be zero. Also word of mouth is a powerful thing in the breeding/showing world. I hope I never get a puppy buyer like you.
  6. Those are the cutest puppies I have seen for ages AdoubleJ!
  7. I'm sorry about your litter BB. ;) I've been following your litter and was hoping for a happy outcome.
  8. What is the best type of comb/brush to groom a cav with?
  9. My dogs shred our horses toys in no time at all. They are not that strong.
  10. ......and for that the neighbourhood children thank you.......unlike Ruthless's local kids who are dwindling in numbers every feed time.
  11. Good choice there Ruthless, but how do you get the little buggers in the blender?
  12. HOW BLOODY DARE YOU..........there are NO vegetables in that diet! Read the book vegetables must be part of the diet. You're obviously don't care about your dogs!
  13. So tell me BMP where was it that you said they weren't suffering???? Go back and read my post I never slammed these people for not spending $4000 on their dogs I understand some people don't have that money laying around for vet treatment but there is no excuse for leaving these poor dogs to suffer a painful death.....read the OP's quotes above......these dogs were suffering and in extreme pain! They should have done the right thing and put these poor dogs out of their misery. They disgust me because animals they profess to love were left in this state. I'm sorry but sending hugs and kisses to people who are prepared to watch these animals suffer is ridiculous. On the same day many people in the general forum slammed a family for watching their brother's dog suffer and not do anything about it (they deserved a slamming) and yet we hug and kiss these people who supposedly love the dogs and are doing the same thing, watching them suffer. These people didn't come back not because of my comments, they didn't come back because deep down no matter how much they justify it, not putting a dying animal that you can't offer veterinary assistance and is suffering so badly to sleep is WRONG and they know it. Edited for missing word.
  14. You disgust me. Whilst I understand you may not have had the money to treat these dogs, instead of sitting there watching them suffer a long and painfull process you should have done the right thing by the poor little buggers and had them pts. I couldn't sit there and watch my dogs die in pain and agony.
  15. What a lucky dog to be loved in death as dearly as he was in life. RIP Brax
  16. Sue I think you have taken me the wrong way, to be truthful I felt no concern towards your ex, just for the poor little dears who have lost their lives. My comment was meant exactly how it was written, I love your passion for dogs and the fact that you care about all dogs whether they be yours or somebody elses. I always read and enjoy your posts simply because everything you post is motivated by the fact that you care!
  17. I'm very sorry Sue to hear of the tragic loss of these two little friends. You have such a caring heart.
  18. I am very sorry for your loss.
  19. awww....Chris big cyber hugs coming your way..... ;) He was one lucky dog to have had you and your family! How is Tyra coping without him?
  20. So sorry to hear of Senna's passing.... Big cyber hugs to you.... :p You tried but you didn't fail as Senna knew love before she left this world.
  21. Thankyou for helping her and then for making such a caring decision. My heart goes out to you and your family. I wish I had had your courage to pts my bullmastiff Dino who for everyday of his life was scared even of his own bowl. We had each others love but looking back now that I am more mature I realise in his case love sometimes doesn't mean quality of life. May my Dino, Fifi's wolfie and your Rez be running around CAREFREE!
  22. I am sorry to hear of your mares passing. I also lost my old mate at 32yrs after having him for 17yrs so I know how much of a hole in your life they leave.
