  1. Hi, thanks for the notice. For those that know the layout of the grounds can you please show us where each group will be on Friday & Saturday? And perhaps Sunday if you that too? Thats if you know the layout yet. Will there be a ring behind the office & infront of the road. Then the three rings in a row infront of the office leading up to the mens loos. Am I correct? I hope no one leaves frames up this year for the rotten vandels. :mad BB
  2. I was told that there was a change of judge for grp 7 last night (Friday), can some one please tell me who the replacement was and which country they were from? I don't recall seeing on here that they had a replacement, only the ADI shows ATM have been posting changes. Good luck to everyone for today (Saturday). BB
  3. Thank for updating us, hopefully its nothing serious preventing them from coming? Would you contract them for next year or go for a fresh panel of judges? BB
  4. I am not entered so I may watch the DVD Bridesmaides while OH stewards for you guys. Hoping its not a late night for him. BB
  5. I wonder what the OP has decided to get? BB
  6. You could teach any dog to stay away from the chooks if you had too. a SCHIPPERKE fits the majority of that criteria. Short coat, watch dog with a bark, no doggy odour, no heath problems, likes water, loyal but needs basic obedience training. All round family dog. BB
  7. I brought the LOLLYACODDLE toy http://www.cleanrun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2667&ParentCat=33 hoping the outer fabric would be Schippy tough as I have a dog that sits and chews the toy. Nope she put a hole in it after sitting there for 10 minutes chewing. :mad I soon took it off her. BB
  8. I used the cool coats on saturday at Gippsland and guess what, it was slimy when I wet it. Did anyone else follow their measurements and have the coat sitting just before their loins or did you measure so the coat covers the whole dog? Ziggy is black and I don't like several inches of his rear exposed to the heat, prefer him all covered like the Cool Champions. Has anyone else used their new coats yet? What is your verdict? BB P.S I am still a coat short for a dog Why can't I count properly???
  9. Just spoke to Reece at hastings, and he sounds like a very nice fellow and gave me a deal on a Gazebo plus walls. Can't wait till Sunday now. BB
  10. Looking like a 29'C day. Hopefully the grass will be short so we can see our dogs feet. BB
  11. I like the idea of limiting the amount of times a dog can be shown under each judge for the group in the 12 months. eg Dog Fido judged by Mrs Judge in grp 8. I would like to know whom the judges were that awarded that dog the Best of breed or higher. Should be listed when claiming BOB. RUBOB should receive some amount of points, no extra points if show is over XXX of entries. BB
  12. We got an email yesterday from CR asking have we seen WHATS NEW at CR? Don't want to look incase I want to spend more money. Who was the person that brought the HYPERKEWL coat and when it got wet found it slimy? I brought one used it on Saturday and found it slimy to touch. Can that person PM please. BB
  13. Hi have you contacted the secreatary to see what is correct start time? I heard that the show is definatly starting at 9am. BB
  14. Gee the rain felt refreshing on Sunday after the heat on Saturday. What di you think of the chips & gravy for lunch? I thought they were yummmyyy, a friend was going to go back for a second helping but decided not to. I thought their catering prices were excellent. better than KCC Park. Open in show on Sunday was the Rotty as it was infront of me & Ziggy for the Open in show line up. The day did sem to drag a little bit since grp 7 finished so early. I had a snooze in the car while waiting for gen specs after I packed everything. BB
  15. I would say around melb shows 80% of gazebos are OZtrails with a few others being Altegra. Don't see much of 3m x 6m ones, people have gone for the smaller size. BB
  16. have you tried contacting the secretary? They may not be aware of the typo. BB
  17. WOW 38 neuters, thats almost a whole groups average entry. We will be there with our ferals. Hoping for kind weather. BB
  18. janaury vic dog arrived today with a free calendar. BB
  19. Wow the dog just stands there, I thought she would of moved. Haven't seen this done before, You tube can be very useful. BB
  20. Goldengirl85, did you order agility jumps? That would explain the size of the box. As I had a box that size for bar jumps then it was filled with bubble wrap plus my dvd, car magnets, book, two toys & a cool coat. How many people are still waiting for their boxes? I wonder if this company wilol have a mid year sale? or a End of financial year sale? Just so we could spend more money. BB
  21. Thank you for posting the numbers I don't think I put in a return envelope. Fingers crossed for nice weather. BB
  22. Sway, Do you know if these are the compact? Also the measurememts when folded in the bag so I can measure the bag of the wagon to make sure it fits. Thank you BB
  23. YAYAYAY My parcel arrived today, PO left a red & white card in the box saying I had an international parcel. Abit of a let down as I though I'd ordered more than I did. Next time more toys, my most expensive item was the cool coat. The biggest was the bar jumps for Spotted Devil so had a tall box to pick up mainly filled of air bubble padding. Spotted Devil I have sent you a PM. BB
  24. Still waiting too, have to check the PO today though. BB
  25. Sort of Off Topic:::: But where is the best & cheapest place to buy the OZ trail 2.4m x 2.4m gazebo?? I have been waiting patiently for Harris Scarfe to have them on special, so far haven't. I am in Melbourne. I was told the ones that BCF had awhile ago were "market" type so legs may be abit more flimsy than the regular gazebo. BB
